The place is wonderful. We spent two nights in the Chateu and enjoyed every moment of it. Angela and her representatives at the place are very responsive and hospitable. There are plenty of things to do on site like badminton and table tennis. Also various places to visit within 30 mins drive. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a perfect stay at the chateau and Colette was a wonderful host. She gave us great recommendations for dinner and shopping, and also gave us a tour of the chateau. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also beautifully prepared and dining room was elegant. I highly recommend this chateau and we will certainly return. What a lovely place to stay. Peaceful and beautiful gardens and house. We loved the pool and sauna and our family room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Nice continental breakfast.

Sejour ideal pour deux famille avec des enfants capables de partager des lits superposés. Pas de wifi, mais justement on n’est pas au chateau de Beaumesnil pour passer son temps sur le web. Le veritable interet de ce gite qui reste cher c’est l’accés PRIVILEGIÉ au parc du chateau qui est la plupart du temps fermé : une porte du gite donne sur l’interieur du chateau, avec un access dans un immense jardin plein d’animaux de fermes, un paradis pour les gamins. paon, oies, moutons, canards, bouc, poney. Nous avons meme pu faire la visite du chateau de Beaumesnil gratuitement, le pont-levis était baissé. Le chauffage marche parfaitement bien. Seul Repproche : il manquait un tire-bouchon… et ca… mériterait presque une étoile en moins haha. Cher, mais EXCELLENT RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX pour des familles avec des enfants entre 5-12 ans, surtout pour découvrir la campagne. Hotes très proactif, sympa, l’accueil du chateau en appui. Arrivée et départ super flexible. (on est parti vers 17h) Bravo !!!

I stayed here with two friends while traveling through Normandy. We were in the Executive suite: two rooms sharing a bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay! The house is full of history and atmosphere and Anne Marie was very welcoming. We especially enjoyed chatting with her while we enjoyed her generous breakfast spread (complete with preserves she made herself). Each room has a binder with detailed information on the long history of the village and house, including personal recollections about the WWII years written by members of Anne Marie's own family. I highly recommend this listing.

This must rank as my best-ever stay on airbnb! The mansion is superb, very well appointed and provides all you could expect from such a high-end place. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The entire property and its 30 acres are stunning. Treat yourself to historical nostalgia and live the life of a French lord, you won't regret it. Highly recommended, the host Chantal was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt at home immediately.

Een echt ruim huis met grote tuin, terras, grote eetkamer, fijne slaapkamers en goed uitgeruste keuken voor een groep van 18 personen. Wij hebben er een fantastisch lang weekend van mogen genieten.

Logement agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Magnifique. Le château est décoré avec beaucoup de goût , tout est présent pour passer un super moment . De la vaisselle (pour se faire des supers belles table ) à la deco , en passant par la cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut et les chambres .... Le château est immense , beaucoup de chambres avec presque chacune sa salle bain ou de douche (les baignoires trop belles , et la deco est top) , la literie de très bonne qualité avec des belles parure de draps (n’hésitez pas les prendre en option car ça ajoute au charme des chambres ) . L’extérieur est également fait avec goût , plusieurs espaces différents ou se poser , et le spa est un régal . N’hésitez pas .

Chantal was an extremely gracious host from start to finish! She was eager to help with any question we had regarding our stay. She picked us up from the train station and even offered to drive us places if we needed food, wine, etc. Her place was absolutely stunning and we loved the bedroom we stayed in! It had beautiful windows facing the sun & had a view of the sheep & horses. Overall, such an amazing experience & id recommend to anyone!
