We stayed at this property for a month, as we usually travelled to DR every summer and by far this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The house was spotless, very well maintained, cleaned and very spacious. Maria was always available if we needed something. We felt at home in this property. Highly recommended, will definitely go back there!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

Ericson was an AMAZING host! He was very responsive and helped us with our food delivery and finding things to do around the area. The house was GORGEOUS and I felt very safe! I will definitely be coming back soon!! Highly recommend 10/10

Felt right at home, Sophie is very responsive. Home is beyond what we expected so much comfort, AC a huge deal for us. Beautiful Mountain View and closed to everything. I highly recommend.

Villa #4 was beautiful! It was extremely clean and very much so comfortable. It makes you feel right at home. The pool in the backyard was a perfect size for enjoying an out door pool experience. The host were very accommodating. I would definitely stay in Villa #4 again!

nice places clean and secure. only problem was that it was listed as a beach house but beach is about 10 minutes away. love the place great hosts l will stay again.

Nous avons passé 10 jours excellents, en famille, dans cette grande villa avec piscine et un magnifique jardin. Il y avait tout le nécessaire, le billard étant un plus. Merci pour la communication de Vanessa, et le check-out avec l'aide appréciée de son mari. Bien situé, cet endroit est très recommandé.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

Beautiful home! Looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect on the first floor for individuals with mobility disabilities. Security is very friendly and helpful. The location is also surrounded by a high wall/fence which made us feel safer. Directly behind the unit there's a kids playground and pool. very fun. Also, the unit was beautiful, big showers and very clean.

El apartamento está completamente equipado y es perfecto para relajarse por completo. La zona es tranquila, bien vigilada y se siente muy segura, ideal para familias. Our stay was absolutely amazing! This spot is perfect for couples and couldn’t be more ideally located. The beach and main restaurants are just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. The beach itself was stunning—peaceful, quiet, and free from vendors, which made it even more relaxing. The apartment is in the perfect location, with two nearby spots to grab anything you need. For longer stays, we recommend heading to the Jumbo in town for groceries—it’s affordable and has everything you might need. Most importantly, this place is inside of a gated community and we felt safe to walk at all hours of the day and night including on the beach. The host truly went above and beyond, showing incredible hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place—we had such a great time!

This location is perfect for getting to know puerto plata. The apartment looks just like the description. Very comfortable and spacious. The patio at the rooftop is amazing for relaxing and chilling with friends. Eduardo is very attentive and responsive. Very easy to get along with. Loved the experience and look forward to stay there again in the near future…

We highly recommend Gloria’s home. Very close to the beach and on a quiet street. We will stay here again. Gloria is an excellent host.

We spent 28 days in the apartment and it pleasantly exceeded our expectations. The unit features up to date appliances and is tastefully decorated. It's clear the owner takes pride in this unit. The beds are very comfortable and each room has it's own A/C unit. The main bathroom has a beautiful rainfall type shower and the closet has plenty of towels for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, glassware, pot & pans, etc. Smaller appliances include an air fryer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There's a water dispenser as well that dispenses both hot and cold water. The water bottles are on an exchange system, simply leave the empty bottle outside the door, notify the host, and he makes arrangements to have it exchanged. usually within a day. The unit is located in the heart of downtown just a 5 minute walk to the historic district and the main waterfront park. Highly recommended and we will be sure to see if it's a available again when we plan a return trip.
