Holiday rentals with a sauna in Costa Tropical

Everything was great. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and the communication with the host was easy and fast. Highly recommended.

In Spain key collection is always a hassle, but Cecilia sent us specific directions, including a video of where to go which was appreciated The apt is very new and has everything you need. It's modern and beautiful with truly incredible views. It's extremely peaceful and quiet, we visited end of May and it was almost eerily quiet. Easy parking, working lifts (great for luggage/kid's strollers), a dish washer AND a dryer and they provided plenty of toilet paper, dish/hand soap, trash bags. FYI A few of the amenities were not "in season" (the sauna) or broken (the indoor pool and hot tub) and the kids playroom was kinda lacking plus had the strongest worst air freshener smell -- all this was disappointing since those amenities were a big draw to the place As others have said, It's high up in the hills in a residential area, not walkable at all. For food, beach, entertainment or anything, you need to drive 5-10 minutes in any direction.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Casa Sevine. Vincent and Nikita are the perfect hosts, they responded to messages quickly and provided us with all the information we could need. The directions made it really easy to find and check-in was straightforward. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. We’d had a busy few days in Madrid and this was a lovely place to come and relax for a few days. Morning coffee on the terrace, looking out at the stunning view as the sun rose was my favourite part of the day. The kids loved the pool and we found a great beach close by too. We hired a car for the stay so we could explore the local area and had some lovely days out in Granada and Frigiliana. Well worth a visit. We would love to return again, it was definitely one of our favourite trips. Thank you so much Vincent and Nikita

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. He gave us great recommendations for day trips in the area and was always available to answer any questions we had. Another big plus was that Tomas speaks over four languages, which made communication smooth and added a personal touch to our stay. Every morning, Tomas offered a delicious homemade cooked breakfast, which was very sweet of him. The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable with good energy. We especially loved the peaceful setting, surrounded by nature—it was the ideal place to unwind. We highly recommend to stay in Paz y Alergia. We would love to come back again for a longer stay. We had an excellent stay here escaping the UK winter. Great heating and hot water and we even had an afternoon sunbathing on the terrace. Parking was easy and the views were excellent. Would highly recommend.

lovely cottage /tidy / equipped with really everything (oven toaster washing machine hob two bathrooms and much more🥰 the beds were lovely. everything walkable shops/ supermarket/beach boulevard 10 or 15 min from the cottage. we took a taxi to the cottage because you have to walk up again. but that's also easy to do, you don't pay much for it. we had at least 10 wonderful days there🤩 and find it highly recommended for everyone 🤩

Fantastic place to stay in one of Motril's finest areas. The apartment is very bright, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Felix super thoughtful gave us a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. The pool is great and very close to the beach where there are beach bars and lots of parking space.

Great place, quiet location on a hill but close to town. Need a car though. Great for running. Lovely spot for chilling holiday with a family. Plenty to do in and see in Andalucia. Trips, hikes,kayaks, canoes,aquapark,caves etc.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Sea views are now a bit restricted due to the building work opposite but it didn’t impact our holiday. As a host Flexi was extremely helpful, very quick at responding. Only one request… please buy a toaster!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Access to the pool was great. Very quiet development with good access to surrounding towns/villages. We used Uber to get around which were great. Would highly recommend and our host was very responsive in replying to messages. Thank you Lina for sharing your home. Exceptional !!!!

Carmen is an off-the-beaten-path host. Always available and attentive to everything you need. Check-in and check-out were all easy and flexible. The apartment was very well cared for and was scrupulously clean. The urbanization is very large and with many services.

We stayed here in January also. So most of what I have to say is in that review! Such a proactive host. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived and it was sorted out (with a perfectly adequate temporary fix) that same afternoon and the following day an electrician came to properly fix. And we didn't even need to be there to let them in. We reported a couple of other minor defects that didn't cause a problem and they were fixed as well when it could have just been left till we had gone. Outside of peak season the pool wasn't heated but hot tub still lovely.

Everything is better than what is shown in the photos. Esperanza is great, attentive, professional, involved and decisive. Couldn't ask for more.

We had an excellent trip, with our family, at Henrik’s place. The house is located on a beautiful place, where it’s very quiet. De accommodation is clean, spacious and luxurious. Henrik is a well prepared host, where he has given us clear and simple instructions on the keyless entry of the house, which results in a smooth check-in. Also Henrik gave us some great tips on local restaurants and activities. The shared wellness and gym were very quiet during our stay so we enjoyed spending some time there during our time at the apartment. We would recommend Henrik’s place to everyone who is looking for a nice stay, close to Malaga, Spain.

Everything was excellent. Second time in this house and again we really enjoyed everything. The weather was not too hot, so my friends and I had a great time playing golf ( two golf courses within walking distance) and padel ( cool club des Raquetas 10 minutes walk with numerous tennis and padel courts). After sports it was great to refresh in the clean pool. And thanks for the bottle of champagne on check-in as a gift! Will definitely be back again.

House with all necessities and comforts available. In a peaceful, quiet and secure residence. Several pools available. A gym with sauna. Playing games for the kids. Great for families. The host Hélène is very kind, welcoming and helpful. She made the effort to communicate with us in French. The area is pretty and quiet, the people very kind. The car is still essential. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was sufficiently spacious and comfy with what we needed. Helpful to have a washing machine available and parking spot in the basement - could be a bit tight for bigger cars but very managable. The terrace was nice and caught the evening sun, and great to have access to the sauna and gym while the pool was closed as it's only open for summer. Castro met us at check-in, was very friendly and helpful, quick to respond and flexible with check out!

I had a fantastic 5 weeks stay at Giorgio's. The apartment was even better than described. Really nice, easy 15 minute walk down the road, surrounded by countryside, into the lovely town of Almogia, with a couple of great tapas places. The retreat has a great pool and loads of secluded terraces to relax and enjoy the sun. Giorgio is an excellent host. I encourage you to take him up on the offer of yoga and meditation classes, he's an excellent (and patient) teacher. If you want to 'get away from it all and wind down', I cannot recommend Giorgios's place highly enough. I will hopefully be back again soon.
