Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Love this place. Superb balcony with great views and lots of space. Comfortable inside. Seconds to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Funicular up to central Taormina. Host was great and even let us check out late.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Great stay at Lara's, nice accommodation, clean and well decorated. Located right next to Taormina, accessible by car and bus. Right by the sea, you will be lulled by the waves! Accessible after a gate without too much difficulty by car, then you have access to a covered parking space. Lara is very friendly! We recommend!

Lovely flat overlooking the sea with plenty of parking. It’s up 4 flights of stairs with no lift but this wasn’t a problem for us. Lorenzo was great and very communicative.

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

We have just had a fantastic week here with our child and baby. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Our host was fantastic, nothing was too much bother. The area was really nice, it felt safe and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The coffee pods were a lovely touch, as were the cold drinks in fridge.

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

House was clean and with everything equiped we needed. 5 big beautiful bed rooms, every room with an own bath. the garden is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much (can recommend the paid heating especially with children). the beach nearby (100m) is also very beautiful and we loved the smooth walk into the water and the dunes. just as an information: there is no marker or restaurants in walking distance. but some good restaurants in 5 min distance by car, and bigger super markets in 10 min distance.

We had a great time staying at Antonio and his family's place! Unfortunately, our outbound flight was delayed for 3 hours and Antonio checked in with us at 2 o'clock at night and was more than friendly. The place is very well maintained, there was even water, everything for an Italian breakfast and pasta for cooking. The garden area is well maintained and the pool very pleasant. It is definitely recommended to have a car, then the beautiful old town of Syracuse can be reached in about 15 minutes and you are on the very beautiful beach in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend the place in Arenella!

The area in which the residence is located is downright fantastic. The terrace, the large garden with many trees, shrubs and flowers and the view of the sea is unique, a paradise. A car is a necessity to get to places, to do shopping and to go out. Our contact with Maria Novella and Federico was very warm. The tips (restaurants and interesting sights) they gave us were worth their weight in gold. Be sure to use the specified coordinates to get to the location without any problems. The accommodation is otherwise not so easy to find. In short, this place is one in a thousand, the landlords still know what the real philosophy of AirBnb can be.

Marta and Francesco are wonderful hosts! ♥️They welcomed us warmly, showed us everything, explained all we needed to know, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay. They are very friendly.😊 The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need, including beach gear. A big plus is the large balcony where you can enjoy the view of the sea. The location is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, and there’s a supermarket nearby as well. A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Really enjoyable stay. Excellent communication on check-in. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom which looked onto the road was quite noisy until 1am on Saturday night. Friday and Saturday were fine. Other than that the apartment was beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and was well located for exploring Ortigia.

The apartment was very much as described with the large terraces being a real highlight for great views. The apartment is perfectly located so that you get the sea views from the terrace and the best restaurants and bars are very walkable. The apartment was very clean and a perfect for a base for exploring the city for the couple of day that we spent there. Angelo was super responsive and friendly.

Andrea's home in Fontane Bianche is fabulous...my family of 5 felt right at home! We took full advantage of the terrazzas overlooking the yard and the Ionian Sea--frequently our preferred location for a morning espresso with breakfast. His well-equipped kitchen along with dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, etc. are fantastic amenites to have access to while on vacation. The yard is beautifully adorned with local plants, fruit trees, and catci. The views of the sea are fantastic--a back gate opens right on shore and offers hours of exploration of tidal pools and a World War II "pillbox" machine gun nest to explore 5 minutes walk down the shore toward the beach. The nearby La Capannina da Gino restaurant was a family favorite with pizza, pasta, & seafood dishes that offered something for everyone. We took advantage of the Holiday Market on the main street in town and for larger shopping needs, visited the Lidl and Conad in Avola. Andrea's place offers much for everyone!
