Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Costa del Sol Occidental

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

The most beautiful air BNB I have ever stayed in. I’ve done my fair share of trips on air bnb but this apartment was spot on I couldn’t fault a single thing. Location was amazing we could walk to the shops and restaurants and then uber into the town. We took our baby for the first time and they provided every thing we needed , cot, bath, highchair. My ocd can flare up in new places but the apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfy, the Terrance was amazing we could sit and sunbathe while the baby napped and we adjusted the temp so we could take the baby into the hot tub. I had a few questions for the hosts and they replied so quickly, they were so friendly and helpful. Honestly thank you so much we can’t wait to come back next year for longer. I’ll be recommending this apartment to everybody.

Fabulous safe and secure luxurious apartment located near beaches and towns in sunny costa del sol, everything needed or desired is near or in the apartment including underground car parking and pool. I highly recommend this apartment!

We enjoyed the apartment and the attentions (wine, coffee, herbs etc) that were ready. The view was spectacular, the Aldi a few minutes walk, lovely swimming pools (the indoor pool was heated!) and everything was sparkling clean. An Uber taxi to the village (Pueblo) works well via the app and took us to nice restaurants. Or by Uber to the train station and from there we could go anywhere. Day trip to Marbella, Marina Benalmadena and the city of Malaga,m. This can just scan (in and out) with your bank card these days and get on the train. This location is really a recommendation if you like tranquility and occasionally look for the hustle and bustle. Thank you also for the good care and the quick response to questions via the app.

We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and that’s just what we got. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, the balconies were lovely to sit in the sun or relax in the shade. It was an easy walk to the beach, with lovely walks and plenty of places to sit and have a drink or to eat. The local village was a short walk across a foot bridge, with a bakery and bars and restaurants. The host communicated well before and during our stay. Petra met us on arrival, and went out of her way to guid us to the supermarket We would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit again.

The apartment is really very nice, even better than in the photos. The decoration is neat, the rooms are comfortable and the two terraces are a real plus. The view is clear which is very nice. I highly recommend this listing!

Excellent stay! Very nice apartment (freshly renovated) in a nice and good location. Very nice view from the balcony. Many different shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance (10-25min). Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

We must begin with Francisco—he is absolutely incredible. He was incredibly friendly and always available to assist us if we needed anything. Upon our arrival on Sunday midday, he had already prepared food and drinks in the fridge for us. The service was superb. He also guided us through the mountains to the house. Speaking of the house, it was exactly as depicted in the photos, and even better. There was a bit of wind at one point, but it didn’t diminish the beauty of the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Billiard and table tennis were our favorite activities. It’s almost too good to share with friends because we want to return and keep this treasure for ourselves. Thanks, Francisco!

Great location! With a gate onto the beach and a lovely beach bar next door. It's great at night sitting on the terrace listening to the waves.

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. This is a lovely place to stay ,great location to the shops and 3 mins from the beach ,supermarket on your door step. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very nice, large, clean (there are small ants in the kitchen), comfortable beds, lots of light and wonderful views (mountain and sea), the spectacular terrace (eye!! beware of the dogs, because we receive the visit of a black cat every afternoon), very quiet residential area, essential to have a car, being on the side of the mountain, they are all slopes, there are people living all year, so you can go at any time and do not feel you alone and isolated. I recommend anchoring the pots on the terrace, usually strong wind and the tombs on the ground, a little risky if you have children playing or dogs. I recommend it 100%.

I had a great stay from start to finish. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Torremolinos, but quiet at night. Marcel and Ali were very welcoming and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The location was fantastic. Everything you could want is just outside your door. The apartment was very quiet at night even though it’s right in the heart of things. The welcome gift of bottled water, beer and potato chips were a nice touch. Highly recommend if you are 2 or 3 people looking for a lovely stay in the city center.

I stayed there for couple of days and had an excellent experience. The place had a great location, making it easy to get around. It was clean and well-maintained, just like in the photos. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions from the host. I would definitely stay there again!
