Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa del Este

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

Since before arriving at the accommodation there was very good communication with Mr. Jorge. He is a great host. The dpto was spotless, as soon as we enter felt a riquisimo aroma!, very comfortable and a very quiet place to rest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and super clean. The impeccable bathroom, everything works very well. The room also impeccable, with savannas and blankets, and something to highlight and which at least for me is important to rest is that the savannas had a rich aroma. I recommend the place 100%!! Nearby there are shops of all kinds. and the dpto is close to the beach and the pedestrian. I would definitely come back! Thank you very much Jorge for hospitality!!

Very nice experience at Sandra and Francisco's place. Communication was fluid from the first moment and fast. The place is also very comfortable. A single detail that could perhaps be improved is the mattress of the bed; the rest is perfect, light, gas and stove facilities working well.

The apartment has nice amenities as pictured. It is a super quiet place and at the same time close to downtown and the beach. By car in 5 min this. Something that may be useful for the future, is that the room is missing an air conditioner, although there was a small fan. My rating would be 4, 8/5 from the place and 5/5 from the host. To highlight the day we had to go, it allowed us to leave later on the apartment and with a very good predisposition. Thank you Francisco and I recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

An excellent house

Very nice house in Costa Esmeralda, a 5 min drive to the beach within the same neighborhood. Modern as shown in the pictures and well equipped with cooking utensils. Camas Somier, comfortable with good mattresses. Maximo responds quickly to any questions.

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

We stayed in Karilo with two families — four adults and two toddlers. We really enjoyed the house! Spacious, cozy, well equipped — had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large number of dishes. Separately, we want to note a great parish — the meat turned out to be simply gorgeous. There was also an outdoor heated hot tub near the house. A cozy fireplace in the house. The house is very warm, bright. Host Camila responds instantly to requests. We really appreciated it. Our vacation was wonderful thanks to your service. We highly recommend this house! A great option for relaxing with your family.

Everything excellent! It is a very comfortable house, with everything you need, a beautiful garden. It's really a place to rest. Mrs. Silvia is very helpful and attentive, a 10. The house is 6 blocks from Mar del Tuyú beach and 10 minutes from Costa del Este. You have places nearby to buy whatever you need. I would definitely be back!

We were 7 people and a one-year-old baby and we were super comfortable. It covered the space. Each room had everything you need for a comfortable stay and we took advantage of every corner of the house. Super comfortable beds and galleries both front and back to take advantage of the sun at all times of day. Always attentive to the inquiries we had, they were never delayed in responding and always willing to help. We had a very nice time. We will definitely be back!

The attention and good predisposition of all the boys was incredible. We booked at very short notice and welcomed us as a luxury.

Cerquita there is a center in the middle of the very nice forest, ideal for touring. When we go, he left us a gift Easter egg, beautiful gesture!. We felt very comfortable, thank you so much!.

Apartment ideal for a couple or family with a young child. It is a safe neighborhood, with a private garage.

The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.
