Villa Costa Corallina Mare

The villa is part of a gated community in a beautiful residential area surrounded by masques shrub-land in front of the clear and quite Mediterranean sea. It is an oasis of tranquillity and well being, ideal for family or group of friends. There is no access to outside people. It is located a few steps from the beach and has a private parking spot reserved for the guest of the villa. The house can host 7-8 people. There are two bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, one room with single bed, a second room with 2 twin beds, and a single bed on a loft area. Kitchen is full equipped with everything you need to cook your meal and use BBQ outdoors. There is washing machine and dishwasher. In the back of the villa (courtyard) there is an additional shower, very convenient during the summer time with a nice view on the garden. There is also a peaceful tanning area next to the patio, equipped with chairs and tanning bed. Beaches are five minutes away (walking) and are strictly reserved to resident of the gated community. There are three unguarded beaches, and two others beaches are closer to the harbor and restaurant/bar. The village is only 30 minutes away by car from Olbia airport and overlooks the amazing island of Tavolara and Molara. The water around the island is a popular spot for scuba diving and it is part of a seashore reserve. Costa Corallina offers rental boat service at the marina. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant and one of the beach has bar service, where you can also rent umbrella and beach chairs. Grocery store and different kind of shops are 5-10 minutes by car in the area of Porto San Paolo. People who would like to stay at Costa Corallina should consider to rent a car to experience the most from their stay in Sardinia. Public transportation are limited and difficult to access. If you like to explore the area near by, most of the beaches or cities needs to be reached by private transportation. The place is extremely unique to chill out and relax, but at the same time you are close to many famous and typical places like Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Porto Qualtu. Ideal for family and for a group of friends who are looking to get away and see one of the most beautiful sea side area of Italy!

We had a wonderful stay at Carlina’s place. Everything was as described in previous reviews, the beautiful view, the great quiet beaches in front of the house, and the excellent location close to world class beaches. The house is very well set up for a holiday with everything you need and feels like a lived space rather than a holiday rental. Antonio (Carlina’s local friend) was very helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed staying in Marco’s & Elena’s apartment. It was very clean, and nice, true to the pictures. Hosts were very nice, communication was very quick and easy…they even pre-paid breakfast for us in local restaurant 🙂 it was very nice of them, we felt very welcomed 😍 also tips for beaches and restaurants were shared with us 👌🏻 thank you, we recommned stay at your place to everyone 🙂

We loved staying at this place. The location is perfect since there are great beaches, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a great view to the sea and island. Paola was a lovely host, she was always very friendly and quick in responding. We had a great time there and can highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s Appartment. There was more than enough room for our family (two adults and a toddler) and it was great to have the little garden and shaded terrace. It was very clean and well equipped and we felt well looked after by both Alessandro and the lady who let us in and showed us around. The area is quieter than the main town areas, which was good for us and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to x3 different (beautiful) beaches, great restaurants, park and the supermarket. Unfortunately the bakery close by was closed during our visit, which would have been handy as it was a bit of a walk when hot to stock up on essentials. We would recommend and happily stay again!

Simone ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und durchdachter Gastgeber. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Da wir Filterkaffee trinken, hatten wir unseren eigenen Kaffee mitgebracht (dass Filterkaffee in Italien unüblich ist, hatten wir beim Kofferpacken leider vergessen). Simone hat sogar gleich am 1. Tag eine Filterkaffeemaschine und Kaffeefilter besorgt... wir waren richtig gerührt! Das Haus befindet sich an der Küste von Costa Corallina in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Gegend. Das Wasser und die Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses sind traumhaft schön. Über einen kurzen Weg hinter dem Haus erreicht man in wenigen Minuten einen kleinen Yachthafen mit einem Bistro, das eine bescheidene, aber gute Küche bietet. Wenn man dem Pfad direkt am Wasser folgt, erreicht man das schöne Porto San Paolo in ca. 15 Minuten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus und auf der Insel sehr genossen und werden dieses Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen.

Fortunato hat uns nett empfangen und direkt zur Einrichtung gefahren. In Ruhe hat er uns alles erzählt. Wir waren früher vor Ort als der eigentliche Check in war und er war sehr flexibel. Er hat uns auch eine Vermietung eines Autos ermöglicht. Immer ansprechbar und seine Antworten waren schnell. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war auch ohne Klimaanlage schön kühl. Klein aber fein. Wir konnten zu Fuß alles erreichen. wir haben die Fähre zur Insel gebucht und einen sehr schönen Tag gehabt.
