The place is luxurious, very nice, pleasant, internal transport in case you have difficulty with long walks and to be able to get to the beach or the different pool areas quickly. The restaurant next to the pool is very clean and the food is delicious, average costs. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, very friendly attention from hosts. You have to take into account that there is a regulation of use of facilities in general, not complicated and within the rules of conduct.

He was very kind at all times and it is exactly the same as the photos, we would stay with Edwin again, the room is very clean, the view is spectacular.

Excellent place to stay, it has a restaurant with very good food. In general, the place is very comfortable and well located, it met all the description mentioned, and above all the host was always attentive to us, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I will definitely stay with them again when I return.

Great accommodation, comfortable private pool and convenient access to the beach club where you can eat well and in front of the sea. The complex feels safe and quiet, the instructions were clear and we had no problems inside the apartment. The host was attentive throughout our stay and responded quickly.

The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

I think the house is very comfortable, it does well for a few days there. The pool is excellent, a simpe pool clean, the water with a perfect temperature! The area in which the house is located is very quiet, I never felt unsafe. The location of the house is what is worth the MOST, it has an excellent location. it's very centrally located and you're close to everything. Although it is important to say that if you are not going by car the location may not be the best option ( maybe) . communication with Carlos is the best. Because of the location of the house, everything is close to Walmart, oxxo, soriana. There is everything nearby. Worth it, if I hope to come back 🫰🏻

It is a quiet place, with a great view and very private even if it is a shared land. The staff was always very attentive, respectful and kind; the amenities and the place in general is the same as the photos posted, however, access to the beach was not possible due to the conditions of nature.

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon with them every day. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

Porfirio was an attentive person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both on his part and in general, was very good. The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday 12 in the main food palapa. A waiter - tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) - had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and her response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although clearly there were other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important that staff are trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there is someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

Luis; he was in a lot of communication before, during and after the stay. He's a really good host; I recommend his apartment 100%. When you arrive, you feel at home, you have the privacy you need and the rest you deserve.

Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment.
