Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Our house is located in the center of France, perfect for meeting up. Whether you are with family, friends, athletes or workers for the week, the cottage is for you because there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single beds. A large common table. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with a small relaxation area equipped with armchairs and deckchairs, a large terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs and a BBQ.

Traditional house of Puisaye in the countryside, very close to Rogny and its 7 locks. Close to Briare with its canal bridge, river tourism, the Loire by bike and its enamels. From Gien with its earthenware and hunting museum. Near Guédelon "the construction of a castle", the nature park of Boutissaint, the castle of Saint Fargeau and its historical spectacle, the Colette museum, tree climbing, many ponds in the vicinity etc...

80 m2 house in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. Annex to my main house, it sometimes hosts my grown children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 sofa bed in the living room), has a reserved parking space. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.
