Spacious home in a quiet neighbrhood by park

***ask about discount on extended stays! Please reach out with any questions. 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a large open kitchen. House is 2 blocks from Grand Prairie park. Easy drive to Corvallis, Salem, Eugene and Portland. Only an hour from the beach! Family room is stocked with tons of games and has a queen size pull out bed. House has a large well maintained, private back yard with fire pit,bbq/pit boss smoker and lots of chairs to lounge in. Basketball hoop out front on large driveway.

This is a daylight basement level of a three story home in an upscale area in the hills of West Salem. There is a private entrance, no contact with owners or other guests. 1 bdrm with a queen bed, kitchen, dining, full bath, and living area, fitness rm, and a pool table. There is a private laundry and patio with BBQ. Close to Salem, 5 miles from the capitol and close to many Oregon wineries. Lovely wooded neighborhood with good walking although hilly.
