Staff gentilissimo, alloggi belli e puliti. Posizione difficile da trovare

Wir waren für einen Junggesellenabschied mit sieben Personen für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und bietet mit dem großen Garten und dem tollen Pool perfekte Bedingungen zum Entspannen. Besonders schön war es, abends gemeinsam draußen zu sitzen. Die aus den anderen Kommentaren erwähnten Mücken haben uns nicht so gestört und Francesco hat uns mit speziellen Duftkerzen weitergeholfen, die die Mücken vertrieben haben. Francesco ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber: Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf all unsere Anliegen reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – eine klare Empfehlung!

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours dans la maison de Alberto. Le parc est magnifique et la maison très confortable et bien équipé. Alberto est charmant et toujours attentif pour que notre séjours se déroule bien. La maison est proche de Bologne et autour de la maison il y a des balades à pieds magnifique.

Lokacija blizu Bologne. Gistitelji zelo prijazni in ustrezljivi. Apartma je presegel nasa pricakovanja. Nekatere je motil hrup letal ob odprtih oknih - blizu je pristajalna steza. Vsekakor priporocamo.

Soggiorno rispondente pienamente alle necessità. Solo qualche imprevisto con la caldaia. Grazie per tutto

Wij verbleven bij Nicoletta en Antonio op onze doorreis. Handige locatie om Bologna te bezoeken. Snelle treinverbinding en jij bent in 15 minuten in het centrum van Bologna. In het dorp zelf zijn er gezellige restaurantjes. Nicoletta en Antonio hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Het appartement is niet groot maar heel proper en was perfect voor ons om te stoppen en Bologna te bezoeken.

I travelled from Belgium to South Italy and Monica’s place was the best outif all. Minimalistic decoration, fully equipped kitchen, very clean place, super comfortable bed. One of the places you would like to own yourself. Perfecto!

Excellent location with neighbourhood feel. Easy walking to prime sites. Nicolo is a friendly and responsive host. This was our second visit and we’d gladly return.

Clean and safe place in an entertaining area of Bologna

We had a lovely stay at Isabella's place! Beautiful location and the appartment has everything you need (including kitchen utensils). Isabella is a kind host who responds very quickly. If you want to use the bikes, please ask beforehand. We assumed that we could use them (as we have experienced with other places), but when we arrived, they weren't available. There are two dogs, one is afraid and therefore barks and runs towards you. Not a big problem for us, but if you are afraid of dogs, this is something to keep in mind.

Un accueil des plus agreable et conciliant, un appartement vraiment tres chouette, accessible en voiture via le boulevard peripherique., avec parking privé (paiement en sus). Et par l'autre porte. accessible uniquement a pied (via une entrre mqgnifique) on est directement dans le coeur historique de Bologne. Et entre les deux , un ecrin de verdure ou se situe l'appartement de plein pied. Une literie impecable, climatiseur dans chaque piece (1 salon et 2 chambres). Deux salles d'eau / wc). Bref, ideal!!! Seule remarque. Une cuisine manquant d'essoreuse a salade et d'un grand faitout...qui permettrait de faire cuire des pates pour 4, dont 2 ados affamés... ;0).

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Dette var et veldig ålreit sted å bo for en stor familie eller flere vennepar. Fine rom med egne bad på hvert rom. Alle rommene har også sin egen kodelås. To etasjer. Stort og fint kjøkken. Linda hadde satt ut litt snacks, vann og kaffekapsler til oss, hvilket gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Svært enkelt å bruke huset, enkel innsjekk med kodelåser og god kommunikasjon med verten. Bordtennisbordet utenfor ble flittig brukt. Kunne kanskje med fordel hatt noen flere sittemuligheter utendørs. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Ca 15 min unna Bologna sentrum (ca 20 euro for taxi).

Il soggiorno anche se breve è stato meraviglioso. Alan è sua moglie Veronica davvero gentilissimo. L’alloggio era pulitissimo e molto bello. Torneremo presto!

The property is great, bigger than expected. It has all the ammenities you may need and the fridge is stacked with water and some sodas, what was amazing on the hot day that we arrived. The road at the back, perpendicular to the house has loads of nice bars and restaurants were you will find all the locals hanging around. About 30min walk from the Bologna train station. Gian Luca is super nice and responsive, and gave us some really great suggestions. Deffinatelly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna or near by towns.

Ho alloggiato presso mattia e mi sono trovato super bene, ero con 7 amici e ci siamo trovati super bene, comunicazione con host super veloce e trasparente sicuramente se torno a Bologna so dove alloggiare. Consigliato

Het was echt een schitterend verblijf! Het heeft m'n verwachtingen overtroffen. We verbleven hier met mijn 2 jarige dochter en ook daarvoor was er een peuterbed, en een privé speeltuin. Het uitzicht was adembenemend mooi en het is slechts 5 minuten wandelen naar het mooie dorpje Dozza. Echt 5 sterren, een top host en top verblijf! Bedankt voor alles!
