We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.

Attached to my house. In an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Have a video which I can send if requested. Very regular buses and trams only minutes walk away. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. Small supermarket (Scotmid) 7 mins away.

I enjoyed my stay at Anne-Marie's house very much. The surroundings were beautiful, and the house was quiet and peaceful. The fridge and kettle in the room was very useful and the provision of filtered water was great! I was able to get into town easily on the buses and also be near a friend who lived locally. The bus to the airport was very convenient with a stop in the village. It was a wonderful part of my experience of Edinburgh! Thank you, Anne- Marie!

I had a wonderful time at Teeny's. Her place had everything I needed and is located just a few minutes walk from the Tram. So location wise she's in a great area. Everything was very comfortable! Teeny was such a great host! (Super helpful and friendly!) Definitely would recommend 😊.

My mum and I stayed for a concert. It was easy to commute to, quick walk too. Staying with Fleur was amazing! Fleur is so so lovely and such a pleasure to talk to. Her space is so clean and homely.
