Simply one of the quietest and most cozy stays. I was greeted by his wife, Marileida. Always polite, zealous, helpful and kind. I felt welcomed as if at home being supported by my mother. It was a trip in a post-surgical period and I had so much dedication and zeal that I was embarrassed with such care. The most beautiful and cozy house than in the pictures. The IMPECCABLE cleaning town. When I arrived, it had a soft and pleasant perfume exhaling Cleanliness. All new, new property, rustic style furniture and countryside air. House security, I thought it was excellent, practically next to a huge supermarket. Full silence to rest. Family neighborhood, via children and ladies walking down the street during the day. I went alone and felt very safe. And most importantly for me - clean, flawless and new. I simply had my expectations exceeded. I recommend and reinforce the thanks for the pleasant and quiet week I had.

The apartment was as described, the hosts were very responsive and proactive. Near to lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy and within 15 minutes drive of Ipatinga.

The space is great, I was able to work in a home office quietly, the neighborhood is very quiet and has a market and gyms available in the gym. It is possible to do everything without a car.

Israel was very helpful and responsive! The apartment (flat) corresponds exactly to what was on the listing. Very clean and tidy! It also has a garage. Several items such as water, soda, wine and coffees are available to buy and at a very fair price. I recommend and I will definitely be staying again
