Harmony Hut is just as described, and the backyard was perfect for my dogs. The host, Mark, is kind, quick to respond, wants his guests to enjoy their stay, and is just a good person in general. If you are looking for a place to stay with pets in the OBX, you’ve found it. Stop hesitating…. You will love it here!!

This was my family’s first time to the OBX! It was so much better than we could’ve imagined!! Everything we needed and more!! Tatyana was so responsive and friendly!! Made the whole trip a breeze! We will be back to the OBX!! Thank you again!!

This spot was great, woods outside the door and the coasts not too far either- actually accommodated a friend and my two small-ish dogs. Would def return!

Absolutely phenomenal, 10 Star host!! Pat communicated with me throughout our booking and stay. During our stay we did have a few questions and she answered quickly. She has a convenient ice maker within the space and while we were there it broke. She immediately ordered a new one and was going to send Chuck to get us bags of ice until the new one arrived. We weren't worried about it but just the thought of them doing that was a plus! She met us at check-in and was very thorough explaining not just everything about the space but also a whole lot about the area, places to go, things to do and such. Both Pat and Chuck are extremely friendly and easy to talk to!! All the extras she included for us was absolutely amazing! She truly thinks about her guests and we could tell it's not just a money thing for them! Just as described, the beach is literally about 100 steps away and so totally enjoyable!! We will definitely be staying at Heathsville OBX in the near future! Thank you so, so much!

John's place was literally the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures with comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms and all the amenities we could ask for! John and his wife were so kind to us and to our daughter and were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the OBX!

The absolute perfect air bnb for my solo trip! I felt like I was right at home. Everything was exceptionally clean & tidy. Plenty of space to unpack all my stuff for the week so I could feel even more at home. Location was perfect. Never had an issue with unwanted noises or distractions. Lisa was very responsive & even have the air bnb ready before check in time. Bed was super comfy too! I’ll be back next year ☺️

My family & I loved how convenient OBX Sharp Stays was to everything we needed. Our hosts were super accommodating, attentive & friendly. The house was everything we could ask for!

Jessica’s home was a great find in AirBnb and perfect for 2 people! We were happy to stay in a spot close to the beach near a bunch to do in the area within a short driving distance. Jessica was always very responsive and took the time to answer my questions which was helpful. It was also a nice bonus to have some items to borrow like beach chairs. Our trip was great!

My family came together for a 3-day stay at Nomad Dunes. It was everyone's 1st time to the OBX. There's 16 of us ranging in age from 9-74! There are 3 levels to this home with sleeping areas on all levels which was great for us. I think we used every entertaining and relaxing spot in this house!! You can see the ocean from the top floor and it truly is easy enough to walk to the beach or hop in the car and drive back and forth. Having the pool was perfect for our family. It is about 5ft deep at most so all the kids could access the pool without worry. And the hot tub was VERY popular with our group! Hardly anyone picked up a phone or devise other than to take photos or videos and we watched one movie. The drive on the beach to get to the home was a LOT more than we expected!! Videos do not do this justice. It's long, and bumpy, and feels out of control at times. SHOP beforehand!! Beds and furnishings are comfy and pretty. I suggest mentioning if you plan to use the bunks and sofa bed.

Great place to stay with lots to do! Beautiful view and amazing hosts who were helpful, quick to respond with any questions and proactive in their instructions! Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful week,the house was spotless and very clean,the kitchen was very well stocked,have no complaints at all,would definitely go back,we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation

We had a Wonderful stay at Beach Dream Inn, couldn't ask for a more cozy, very well equipped home. There wasn't anything that Amber didn't have available to use to prepare meals. There was even cleaning products to use to tidy up. The swimming pool was also an added perk, so nice to have privacy with the fence all around the pool. We have a small dog that enjoyed her first trip to the beach. Especially being with us while sitting by the pool. We were also lucky to see deer in the morning and evening. Amber's home is very close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores Harris Teeter and Food Lion. The beach is a short easy walk too. We are very glad we found this lovely home at the Outer Banks. And to have a host as accommodating and kind as Amber. Will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay and are already looking to come back this season to enjoy another stay. The only draw back is that we didn't book more nights! This place Our host put together truly helps you relax. Everything you need is either provided for you to use or walking distance ce for the most part. A real no fuss laid back atmosphere that has upscale amenities and a beautiful community located in one of the most gorgeous parts of obx. You won't be dissapointed in your host at this air b&b. You will have more than what you thought you needed plus attentive support from your hosting any questions arise!

Excellent accommodations, host, and location! We looked for a last minute Memorial Day get away, and this rental was perfect. Our boys enjoyed the pool and proximity to the park and playground. The location made for easy travel to the beach, the lighthouse, and other area attractions. The community was quiet and friendly, and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks for a peaceful and restful weekend stay!

Not many places can be said to be better than you’d hope, but here, Russ, our host, made our stay exactly that. I could explain in detail how through good communication, stocked kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable bed, great pillows, etc. etc. but I’ll leave it at this - just check this place out, you’ll be glad you did.

This place was perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured—maybe even better. Check-in was seamless, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, even leaving a few thoughtful extras that made a big difference. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful, clean, and conveniently located condo! Loved having coffee on the balcony and being just steps from the beach. Great location, close to restaurants and shops. The host's list of recommended restaurants were spot on. Can’t wait to come back!

Where to even start?! Meredith was awesome to rent from. The pictures were super accurate to the appearance of the rental. The condo was super clean and she thought of everything. We brought our three kids to the OBX and they never once said they were bored with everything she included in her place. The Sound is literally out your back door and has unmatched sunsets. The beach is less that 3 min drive away and she includes a parking pass that allows you to park super close to the access points. The town of Duck is right up the road and is a very walkable town that offers fun local shops and great dining options. Overall it was a great trip and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The place is nice. Easy to find once you get the final directions. The second bedroom faces the front door & there is a light outside the window that is very bright & hard to conceal without darkening curtains while sleeping. Hostess communicated well. She gave suggestions where to eat & we tried them & loved them for seafood.

The location could not be beat! We loved walking to Scarborough Faire and biking to restaurants or the beach. House was clean and stocked well. We would definitely stay again!

Lyn’s place was absolutely beautiful! Looks just like the photos. The location was perfect- everything you need is in walking distance which was exactly what we wanted. Amazing restaurants within 5 minute walk, lots of shopping, arcade, mini golf, ice cream shops. We had an issue with the internet due to the severe thunderstorms and she took care of the problem immediately and had workers on site taking care of the problem. Lyn was very responsive and rate 10/10 for a host. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you for a beautiful week.

I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!
