Beachfront holiday rentals in Cordova

I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. Unit was cozy and made us feel right at home. We stayed 3 months and wish we could have stayed longer. And for sure we would rent again. Mikee is a great host, always making sure we had everything we needed. Easy to contact and very responsive. Glad we had a chance to stay at her place.

We had an amazing stay with my family, room is clean and the place is very cozy. It’s just too bad that the internet connection was out for 2days during our stay (network’s problem). But overall we’re satisfied.

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Mactan, Cebu. The place was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and had a stunning view. The pool was a highlight, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offered custom tour packages at much better rates than other providers, which made our island hopping experience even more enjoyable. We also rented a scooter through them, which was both affordable and reliable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. While the bed was a bit firm and slightly short for tall Europeans, it didn’t impact our overall experience. It truly felt like a vacation, and we’d happily stay here again!

This AirBnB condo is FANTASTIC because of the stunning views of the Hilutungan Channel with nearby Olango island visible from its balcony. I was so mesmerized with Olango island that I convinced a Filipino friend of mine to come on over from Cebu city to join me for a day on Olango - it was great. The problem with other AirBnBs condos that are available here in Mactan Newton is that if they have a balcony with a seaview - 9 times out of 10 they are Magellan Sea facing and consequently the view can be depressing to see 6 big ships that are marooned (stuck) as a result of the December 2021 super typhoon Odette. Whereas, the balcony view in this condo does not have any ugly broken down ships in its view. Furthermore, this condo has a great view of the airport, Cebu city and its skyscrapers, and the mountains behind. In closing, Mrs. H. has furnished this condo in such a way that it is a wonderful joy to stay here, as she thought of all of the little things to make your stay pleasant.

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great place, clean, and close to SM Mall. I recommend staying there. Directions to the Condo was hard for taxi drivers from Airbnb, the owner was quick with communication to get us there.

Very spacious and fully equipped, it is located in a very quiet and modern area in Mactan. Definitely recommended.

The accommodation was as seen in the photos and was good to stay in. The accommodation's facilities are great and very suitable for a quiet rest. However, since it is far from the city, you need to prepare groceries in advance. There's nothing around the accommodation, and it's not easy to catch a taxi or Grab at a late hour. During the week, you can go to SM Mall by Mybus.

Beautiful condominium. Exactly as described. Clean, great bed, and good water pressure. So quiet. Nice pool. Car and/or Motorbike dependent.

It was nice to be able to use a clean and pleasant accommodation at a reasonable price:) And it was nice that the host was very quick to respond to the messenger, so it was nice that he quickly took care of any inquiries or instructions. In addition, the tower where the house is located was less than 5 minutes away from the main lobby and the pool, so it was easy to get around, and you can buy a day's pool voucher from the host, so it was perfect for a day to catch and stay a staycation!
