Great place. Not too far a walk from Avio station. Note, if you are using the sofa bed in the kitchen/lounge area, the room gets light very early because of the skylight. You may want to consider bringing an eye mask. There's also an aviary next door which is loud from quite early, so you may benefit from earplugs too. Kitchen had everything you'd need, including some oils and seasonings.

Mein Mann und ich waren bei Daniela, und wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein, super einfacher Kommunikation, sehr Freundlich, Altstadt ist ca. 30min zu Fuß - eine schöne Spaziergang! Und die Stadt ist einfach zu verlieben!!!! 😍 Wenn es 10 Sterne geben würde- würde ich Daniela alles geben ✨ Vielen lieben Dank!

Es war alles wie beschrieben und Tommaso hat sehr schnell reagiert, als wir um einen Rat gefragt haben und uns ein Taxi organisiert, welches uns mitten in der Nacht vom Bahnhof in Domegliara abgeholt hat.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

Oltre alla grandissima professionalità, Loredana mi ha dimostrato gentilezza, umanità, e soprattutto pazienza con un soggetto come me che si perde in un supermercato, è passata a prendermi, poi mi ha accompagnato alla mia serata, tutto con il sorriso, il che, purtroppo, non è affatto scontato al mondo d'oggi, scrivere questa recensione è il minimo per la gratitudine che provo nei suoi confronti ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A fabulous 5 nights stay, beautiful apartment with bus stop right outside with links every 15 -20 minutes into centre and train station . Great base to come back to after busy days exploring. Would love to come back. Andre was super flexible and accommodating with our flight times with check in thanks so much a fabulous stay!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

This was our first two nights in Italy… we wished we had booked an entire week here! So much to see, all within walking distance. We visited Juliet’s balcony, the arena, and enjoyed two amazing dinners recommended by the hosts. The views of the river and the sound of the close rushing water is breathtaking. We had cappuccinos, gelato , wine , bought an Italian leather purse…. Everything you could within walking distance. This is where you want to stay! I didn’t want to leave today. Jennifer

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sauber. Der direkte Zugang zum Hinterhof und die großzügige Wiese lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Unsere Hündin Elli fühlte sich sehr wohl und liebte die Spaziergänge an der Etsch. Herzlichen Dank für alles Franca, Andy und Elli

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in un appartamento nuovo e pulito. Situato a un passo da Verona e dalle splendide colline a est della città, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. Montorio è davvero grazioso, con i suoi laghetti e i canali d'acqua tra le case. Uno di questi scorre proprio sotto le finestre di casa ed è un piacere ascoltarlo. Luca ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere all'appartamento, è stato pronto e veloce nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno perfetto!

Fantastic apartment! Communication was great from day one and check in was really easy. They allowed us to check in early and on check out we had a safe space to store our luggage. The apartment was exactly as described, stunning and the balcony was an extra unexpected lovely addition. Location was central so walkable to everything we wanted to see. Facilities in the apartment were great including bathroom and kitchen equipment. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Appartement mit Blick auf den Gardasee vorgefunden. Ein liebevoll gedeckten Tisch mit einer Flasche Wein erwartete uns. Kleinigkeiten, wie Chips und Kaffeekapseln... Alles da, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen!!!!! Betten super! Küchenausstattung super! Bad mit großer Dusche super! Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchfahrt hier. Aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!! Vielen lieben Dank, Nicoletta!!!!!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

Siamo una coppia di Cagliari venuta a vedere Verona e tra tutti gli appartamenti che abbiamo tenuto in considerazione, quello di Leonardo era il migliore sopratutto per la sua posizione e per il rapporto qualità prezzo; non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, l’appartamento aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per pochi giorni di permanenza. Siamo riusciti a spostarci a piedi per tutta Verona, senza troppa difficoltà, avendo tutto abbastanza vicino. Leonardo è stato super disponibile e ci ha illustrato i vari bar, ristoranti e gelaterie migliori della città. Consigliatissimo, era come sentirsi a casa !

Angela ist eine sehr freundliche, flexible Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Fragen antwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und warm (geheizt) und viel grösser als erwartet. Besonders die kleine Terrasse ist hübsch. Der Weg in die Stadt ist sehr einfach und gut zu Fuss zu machen. . Wir empfehlen das Appartement von Angela uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne bei Gelegenheit zurück.

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

We stayed here 3 other adults and found it perfect for our visit to Verona. The apartment is in a perfect location with all the sites and restaurants we wanted to try within walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds and strong individual AC units. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure and lots of little amenities if you forget anything. The living room sofa was comfortable with plenty of space for us to relax indoors. The large outdoor terrace was perfect to listen to the sounds of a local neighbourhood with a motorised awning for sun protection. The many dining areas gave us flexibility if we didn’t want to go out to eat. We found the host to be friendly and informative and allowed us to have an early check in which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment to other people and would stay again if in Verona.
