The apartment has an excellent location, a wonderful view and is ideal for a stay with children. It has good parking and everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Very nice apartment with nice balcony with sea view, you can go for a walk directly on the beach. The apartment is clean and well arranged. Good bedding. Rocio was very kind to let us stay until later because we had a night bus.

very good place, everything is very nice and easy to access everywhere. Comfortable, clean and super equipped place. Host concerned all the time about arrival and departure, super smooth service. Totally recommended. My partner and I were delighted, 4 days that we spent to the fullest. We will definitely go again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. The house is very comfortable and very close to supermarket or to take locomoción. if you are traveling by car, it gives you the beach super close and from there you move wherever you want.

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

The house looks all redone on the inside and is in a beautiful spot right on the ocean. Claudio showed us around the place and was very friendly. We loved staying there and would like to have stayed longer but unfortunately the space was already booked. I highly recommend spending at least one night here. Thank you Claudio, we will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Chile.

The beautiful, quiet and family-friendly condominium. The apartment is impeccable,everything perfectly clean, tidy and in excellent condition. Teresa is friendly and respectful of times, excellent hostess. I recommend it! Suitable for children, pets and seniors.

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!
