The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

With its own entrance, bathroom including bath (not shower), and a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, grill and fridge), this is the perfect place to stay for work or leisure. This self-contained studio flat is next to our home so we are close at hand should you need anything. Please note there are sloping ceilings.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Brand new self contained apartment  in the desirable area of Redland from here you have easy access to the City and many of its renowned landmarks, famous Suspension Bridge, Clifton Village, Downs Park, Leigh Woods, Redland Green Park/Tennis courts, Whiteladies Road… Just a few minutres walking distance to popular restaurants, coffee shops, organic shops, supermarkets. Electric bikes and scooter are available too hire just across the street.
