Holiday rentals with a pool in Contrada Fiori Sud

We had an amazing family stay at this charming traditional Sicilian house. Surrounded by beautiful nature 🌿, with a stunning olive grove and a lemon tree 🍋 nearby, it was a perfect spot to unwind. The pool 🏊‍♂️ was just right for relaxing after days full of adventure. The house is decorated with lovely vintage details, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Francesco, the owner, is a truly special person and gifted musician 🎶. Our last night singing and playing Italian songs together was a highlight we’ll never forget. He also gave us beautiful handmade souvenirs 🎁 as a keepsake. Simona and Marco were fantastic hosts — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out super easy. We loved every minute and are already planning to return. If possible, we’d give 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Sicilian experience.

We had a great stay at this villa. It was peaceful and had a chabby chic quality that we wanted from our sandy sunny holiday. It was clean but also retained lots of original features and felt like a good taste of the island life, encapsulating the charm of Sicily. The pool was big and clean on the days we used it. Access to the rest of the coast and Trapni was relatively easy in a car hire. Would highly recommend for couples and groups. Thanks to the owners and staff who were very helpful xx

Villa oli aivan upea, kauniisti sisustettu, vieraiden tarpeet otettiin kaikessa huomioon. Paolo isäntänä oli mahtava, kyseli tarpeitamme, vastasi heti viesteihin ja järjesti meille villalle upean yksityiskokin ja he kokkasivat meille sisilialaisen upean, ylellisen aterian. Uima-allas, kylpyhuoneiden ja makuuhuoneiden määrä, kaikki oli aivan täydellistä!

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage in Vivi und Peppes kleinem Paradies. Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Der Garten ist ein kleines ruhiges Paradies. Wir konnten super entspannen, die Ruhe geniessen. Es hat zwei süsse Kätzchen und einen lieben Hund, die gerne vorbeischauen… Für den Restaurantbesuch und um zur Kite Lagune zu gelangen braucht man ein Auto. Vivi und Peppe waren sehr hilfreiche Gastgeber, lieben Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

Non saprei da dove cominciare.... Maria si è resa disponibile fin dalla prenotazione con suggerimenti e consigli. L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto si trova al primo piano di un residence molto tranquillo con piscina vicinissimo a una spiaggia molto bella (come tante a Favignana). Check in gestito da altra persona (Sonia) che gentilmente ci ha dato tutti i consigli per visitare al meglio l'isola. Ci ha consigliato dove noleggiare le bici (il residence ed il centro del paese si raggiunge così) mentre loro ci portavano i bagagli al cancello di casa. La bici è il mezzo ideale per visitare tutta l'isola. Tutto perfetto speriamo di poter ritornare.

Wunderschöne Wohnung - überhaupt das ganze Anwesen mit Pool etc. Man fühlt sich gar nicht wie in einer Stadt sondern irgendwo auf dem Land. Agostino war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Min familie og jeg havde et skønt ophold. Vi borde der i 12 dage, og alt var perfekt. Giuseppe var venlig og hjælpsom. Kom med gode anbefalinger til lokationer og restauranter. Han overraskende os med Sicilianske specialiteter de fleste morgner, utroligt værdsat. Vi anbefaler et ophold på Villa Del Mare, også som børnefamilie✔️

Schöne Anlage aus 10 Reihen-Ferienhäuschen mit gemeinsamen Pool und Meerblick. Der Strand mit einigen Restaurants ist schön und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Basics zur Selbstverpflegung waren vorhanden. Kommunikation war problemlos und es gab auch direkt einige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Alles in allem super, wir würden wieder kommen :)

Great holiday in Buseto! Alessandra was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay, giving local recommendations and tips. Each room is equipped with own bathroom, which makes it very convenient. The property is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Especially loved the outside area to have nice brunches. The location is quite remote (not much to do around - definitely need a car) but fairly quiet and spacious enough for larger groups. Overall very much worth the money! Thank you Alessandra :)

Villa was great although the location of the villa could be better. But if you have rented a car or have your own (as we did) then it is not so problematic. Villa was clean, all looked basically the same as in the pictures. The keyholder Carmen was very supportive and helpful. Her English was not so good, but the communication was manageable. For example she helped to find transportation to the local restaurants.

Super logement bien équipé et très propre. L’extérieur est particulièrement agréable et les hôtes sont super gentils. On y retournera sans hésiter ! :)

la vue est incroyable et les photos tout à fait représentatives de la réalité. Notre hôte a été très disponible et gentille. je recommande cette location très bien tenue.

Mirella è un ottimo host, molto disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile, fisicamente e telefonicamente. Nessun problema per quello che riguarda la casa, è grande, in una posizione molto appartata e contemporaneamente ottima per gite in zona zingaro, palermo e trapani. Consigliatissima.

We had a really nice time in Alessandra and Alices apartement, with the supernice cat Pimpa. It was big and spacey for seven adult persons. Nice terrace and pool. Big kitchen for cooking. About 30 minutes drive to Palermo. About 10 minutes to Ficarazzi, who has supermarkets, two pizzerias and nice beaches.
