Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Contrada Fiori Sud

We had a wonderful stay at la Mortillina. The view is absolutely amazing. Lorenzo and Francesca were very welcoming and friendly. We even enjoyed a delicious homemade dinner with them. The place itself is nicely decorated and clean. Highly recommend!

Prostorný a čistý byt v klidném okolí jen pár minut chůze od pláže. S Walterem byla výborná komunikace, podělil se o tipy na okolní vyžití a byl flexibilní co se týče našeho příjezdu. Auto je nutností, kromě pláže v docházkové vzdálenosti nic není a kuchyně má jen základní vybavení. Krásný výhled na moře z terasy.

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage in Vivi und Peppes kleinem Paradies. Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Der Garten ist ein kleines ruhiges Paradies. Wir konnten super entspannen, die Ruhe geniessen. Es hat zwei süsse Kätzchen und einen lieben Hund, die gerne vorbeischauen… Für den Restaurantbesuch und um zur Kite Lagune zu gelangen braucht man ein Auto. Vivi und Peppe waren sehr hilfreiche Gastgeber, lieben Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir waren im Mai für eine Woche bei Nicoló und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Mazara del Vallo. Das historische Zentrum, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, war wunderschön und bei der Stadtführung die Nicoló anbietet, haben wir sehr viel über Mazara gelernt und er hat uns tolle Orte gezeigt. Nicoló ist super freundlich und herzlich und die Tipps die er uns für Mazara und Umgebung gegeben hat, waren herausragend! Er kennt die besten Restaurants und die Pasticcerias und es gibt schöne Strände in der Umgebung, die zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen sind. Außerdem haben wir von Marsala aus eine Fähre zu den Isola Egadi genommen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist! Man kann von Mazara aus in 20 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Marsala fahren und auf der Insel für 5€ Fahrräder für den ganzen Tag mieten, wenn man das möchte. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Nicoló sehr empfehlen und denken gern an unsere Zeit zurück.

This house blew our minds. The location is among the most beautiful that I have ever seen. The panoramic ocean views were unbelievable. The location is on a private road that is not easily accessible, which means it is very private! Francesco went out of his way to make is comfortable, even offering to provide us a gift basket of local foods (at a great low price). The view is much better than the pictures show. Our only regret was that we did not stay here longer!! We will be booking again next year. It’s worth the travel for us (Miami) just to get back to the stunning place!

Esperienza di soggiorno che rasenta la perfezione. Gli host Caterina e Francesco, super disponibili, cordiali e reattivi, hanno trasmesso in Casa Zahar la propria passione per il bello, omaggiando il territorio e realizzando una struttura che è più di un semplice alloggio, grazie agli spazi esterni che circondano la villetta, dal patio al barbecue, dal pool bar attorno alla piscina all'orto e al piccolo, meraviglioso uliveto. Pulizia impeccabile, zona living con cucina di pregevole fattura super accessoriata, bagno di dimensioni generose, due camere da letto minimali ma elegantemente arredate. Molto utile la zona lavanderia, elettrodomestici recentissimi. Circondata dalla quiete della campagna alle spalle di Castellammare, Casa Zahar è in posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta della Sicilia Occidentale: Scopello e Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice e Trapani, ma anche Segesta e Selinunte, o Gibellina e la Valle del Belice. Consigliatissima!

Maria Carmela is a wonderful host. She picked us up on arrival and drove us to the apartment. She left us plenty of coffee and tea and even milk as well as a bottle of wine. She also put us in touch with taxi drivers that helped us a lot. It was great knowing we could count on her to respond in case of need.

Appartement très propre et proche de toutes les commodités, avec vue sur le port. Alfonso est très sympathique et nous a décrit tous les alentours à visiter, nous recommandons à 100%!

This is by far the best Airbnb I've stayed in! it is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and well located. Maddalena is a great hostess. She was flexible about storing our luggage, provided a list of good restaurants and cafes, and even made us dinner reservations when I was unable to get a table online. I highly recommend Maddalena's home. I only wish we had booked more days there!!

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione meravigliosa, calma e tranquilla e a due passi dal mare, grazie al suo accesso diretto in spiaggia. L'appartamento è arredato in maniera molto elegante con i suoi mobili classici, è estremamente pulito e in cucina non manca nulla. Al check-in ci ha accolto Paolo, che ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili sulla zona, posti da visitare, ristoranti dove mangiare ma anche aneddoti e storia dei dintorni. La parte migliore della nostra permanenza è stata sicuramente la cordialità di Paolo: ero in Sicilia per il mio matrimonio, e avevo prenotato una location per fare le foto della mia preparazione.A seguito di una cancellazione all'ultimo momento dell'altra location, Paolo si è subito reso disponibile a lasciarmi utilizzare il loro giardino in via eccezionale, che grazie alla sua bellezza ha permesso lo scatto di foto meravigliose in un giorno così importante.Un caloroso ringraziamento a Paolo e non posso che consigliare questa bellissima casa vacanze!

Our stay at Mili’s place was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is private and very nicely set up and decorated. There is a lovely covered deck and a gated parking spot. The location was perfect for us - a short walk to the bustling waterfront (with an amazing gelateria!) and beach, and less than a 15 minute drive to the Valley of the Temples or central Agrigento. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with our host and wish we could have stayed longer!

Wunderschöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles (und mehr), was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les parents de Gaspard (qui semblent vivre au RDC). L’appartement est parfaitement "isolé" du RDC, dispose d’une belle terrasse couverte (avec Barbecue), ainsi qu’une partie ensolleillée (1 ou 2 transat serait une excellente idéeGaspard 😉). Le logement était nickel en terme de propreté, assez bien équipé, même si la cafetière italienne était juste un peu petite pour le gros buveur de café que je suis. Sinon, 3 petits point négatifs, eau non potable (mais 4 Litres d’eau nous attendais dans le frigo), bruit du frigo situé à côté du lit (qui complique l’endormissement), et enfin centre ville trop loin à pied (mais il y a un réseau de bus, et des parkings pour voiture à disposition proche du centre ville)... In fine le logement et l’hote méritent allègrement un 5/5.

Place was great. Right off the busiest street in Trapani, so very easy to get to everything, but was very quiet for sleeping. Antonio had good communication throughout, and even provides a useful guide. Would highly recommend!

Premier séjour en Sicile et cela a extrêmement bien commencé. Logement parfait, calme avec pleins de petites attentions ( fruits, eau, limoncello). Dorothee, ainsi que son mari, ont été très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. C'est une adresse à retenir. Encore merci pour la bière au bord de la piscine ainsi que nos discussions partagées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Krizia. La vue est magnifique, bien plus que ce les photos laissent paraître. Le logement est très fonctionnel, idéal pour 2 personnes. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Krizia est très réactive et toujours prête à répondre aux éventuelles questions.

Patricia‘s place was absolutely beautiful and decorated with creativity while keeping taste and practicality in mind. The view from the beautiful balcony was astounding, and the apartment was a short walk away from restaurants and the delightful centre of Agrigento’s old town. Finding parking nearby was not a problem at all. All in all, staying at Patrizia‘s place was a fantastic experience that we look forward to be able to repeat.

Byt bol v samom srdci historického mesta ,nádherne výhľady z každej izby ,skvele posedenie na balkóne a možnosť vychutnať si pravú atmosféru priamo v centre.❤️ Byt je nádherne zariadený v úžasnom štýle presne ako na fotkách. Tento apartmán sme si hneď zamilovali a určite sa radi vrátime pri najbližšej návšteve ! Ďakujeme aj za fľašu vína ktorá nás čakala na privítanie taktiež skvela káva ☕️. Gosh, what a way to spend a day and night. Sitting in the terraced gardens relaxing and watching the temples, eating a wonderful dinner across the road and then spending the night in the amazing renovated house which had everything. In the morning headed down the path for ten minutes to the temples. We got there right at 8.30 and basically had it to ourselves. Thankyou so much for meeting us and booking the restaurant and having such a wonderful place to stay. Only regret is we only stayed one night. A definite 5 star experience.

Lovely spot! My partner and I loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive, greeted us when we came and helped us park, and had lots of helpful recommendations for where to eat yummy food and go visit. They are very kind. The place was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is equipped and had everything we needed to make small meals. The hosts also provided a few items for breakfast as well which I thought was a thoughtful touch. Loved that there was a washing machine as well. The place is only a 20 minute walk from the historic old town and it was easy to find free parking right outside on the great. I’d definitely come stay here again whenever i’m back in Trapani!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Makellose Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und Berge. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Super geräumig mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und schönen Blick. 300 Meter zum schönen Strand. Zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants ca 1,5 km. Nette Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

A charming and well-equipped place in the old town of Agrigento. It is very near to restaurants (a great one is right around the corner!) and piazza Pirandello. Fabio was super-responsive, responding in real time when we were trying to find parking later in the evening, which we really appreciated. Breakfast food and cookies were great, and the place has all modern conveniences in a beautiful old building.

Wonderful host! Lucia welcomed us and provided recommendations for the area and helped with arranging a taxi. Plenty of space in a quiet street within a 5 minute walk of the old town, port, bus station. Would recommend!
