I moved to BH and needed a furnished place to start life and work from home, and Rafael's apartment met all my needs. The neighborhood has 3 options of large markets nearby (you can walk), and I felt safe to walk at different times. Rafael was always proactive and quick to solve everything that was within his reach. The bed is a little noisy (spring noise), and I had problems with the intercom. But nothing that compromised my stay. I recommend it!

We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!
