Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Casa excelente, bem equipada, aconchegante e muito limpa. Chuveiros muito bons! A casa tem um terraço muito bonito. Atenção e simpatia do Ramiro merecem destaque. O Bairro é excelente, muitos bares e restaurantes. Com certeza, a melhor escolha possível em BAS.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

O local é incrível! Muito bem localizado, numa região que dá pra aproveitar a maioria dos pontos turísticos a pé. O apartamento estava muito limpo, muito bem cuidado, e é super aconchegante.

O apartamento é exatamente como no anúncio, ótima localização, vista incrível além de ser bem equipado. O aquecedor foi muito útil. Juan foi muito compreensivo em nos permitir entrar bem mais cedo no apartamento, fico muito agradecida. Vale muito a pena ficar no apartamento do Juan pois ficamos perto de tudo. Recomendo a todos!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Notre séjour de 2 nuits s'est très bien passé dans l'appartement d'Esteban. Ses points forts, la tranquilité, l'emplacement, le design, tout pour rendre un séjour réussi. Simplicité d'accès et excellente communication pour nous guider au mieux à l'arrivée. Merci Esteban !

Mauricio was a fantastic host. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and gave us a comprehensive list of activities, restaurants and locals top tips! The SUBE transport cards were really useful. The apartment had everything we needed and is in an area of San Telmo which is super accessible, has great transport links and is close to local cafés & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Departamento ideal. Ubicación excelente, con parada de buses y subte cerca, lugares para comer, ferias, etc y a su vez tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca y un kiosco 24hs en la esquina. El departamento en sí muy lindo limpio y cuidado, con una cocina con lo justo y necesario para una estadía agradable. Augusto siempre contestó rápidamente y nos hizo el favor hacer el check in un rato antes Lo recomendamos sin dudas

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

I stayed with Ale for 2 weeks and the place was perfect! It is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need for short or longer term stay. It is close to a lot of great restaurants, grocery stores and a large park. There are several buses running in the area as well. The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable!

Lugar muy lindo y cómodo con vista insuperable. A destacar que a la llegada habia jabón, té, café, azúcar, sal, shampoo y acondicionador, botella de agua fria, todo esto te hace sentir bien recibido al alojamiento. Volveria sin lugar a dudas.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Excelente opción de alojamiento. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso al transporte público y a algunos minutos caminando del Obelisco. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Recomendado 😊

O apartamento é ótimo, extremamente limpo, roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas e de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente, tem várias opções de restaurantes e cafés ao redor, fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Estava tudo perfeito, Magdalena foi uma excelente anfriã, sempre muito gentil e respondendo rapidamente. Recomendo a todos.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.
