Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Beautiful industrial style apartment in the heart of Boulevard Caseros

NEW building! Steps away from Lezama Park, Puerto Madero and the city's historic center. It has an X-Queen size bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a baby crib if needed. The apartment is fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has a grill area on the terrace, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a laundry room. Privileged location neighborhood, with very close access to transportation. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic center of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.

Gorgeous, spacious, and sunny downtown loft

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Quartier San Telmo, 15th flor, w/amenities+view!

Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.

Brand new apartment, fully equipped and furnished. It has a very bright living room and a very large balcony with a panoramic view of Lezama Park. It is located in the heart of San Telmo, surrounded by the best cuisine in Buenos Aires, 50 meters from Avenida Caseros and the National History Museum. Close to San Telmo Market, Plaza Dorrego, the Museum of Modern Art, Puerto Madero and La Boca. 150 meters from the tourist bus stop and 200 meters from the Metrobus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An AMAZING experience! I have no words to describe how happy this accommodation made me 😍 Everything was perfect! The apartment was very comfortable, with every detail thought out to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I had absolutely EVERYTHING I needed! San Telmo fascinated me. 🤩 It's a magical area, with history, charm and very well connected to move around and explore the surroundings. I felt completely at ease from the first day! One detail that I loved was a QR in the place that, when scanned, showed me nearby points of interest🗺️. A brilliant idea! It helped me a lot the first few days to orient myself and discover incredible places to visit and enjoy. Ariel as a host is a genius: always kind and with the best disposition. You can really tell that he wants to make you feel at home and the good vibes he gives when he welcomes his guests! I stayed with Ale for 2 weeks and the place was perfect! It is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need for short or longer term stay. It is close to a lot of great restaurants, grocery stores and a large park. There are several buses running in the area as well. The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable!
