I love the linens and the furniture provided, it makes the ambiance more relaxing and comforting. We have a tried a few Airbnb's in the area and we can say that Jan's place is one of best, if not the best there is in Deca. The customer service is stellar, he even allowed our check-in request. The place looks great and is very comfortable, you'll know there was much thought when it was designed. The kitchen utensils are clean that we didn't hesitate to use them when we wanted to cook. The appliances are working and in great condition. And the bed is so heavenly that it was always a treat to sleep in every morning. Since Deca Tipolo is close to everything in Cebu and Mandaue, the location is also very nice. And the people in the subdivision are very friendly so it really feels like living with the locals. Overall, Jan's place is a great stay if you want to have a comfortable time in a great community. Thank you for creating a beautiful place, Jan!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stylish Luxe. The place is incredibly comfortable and feels just like home. My kids were thrilled, especially with the swing, which added extra fun for them. We loved bonding over Netflix in the cozy living room. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus—it allowed us to prepare home-cooked meals and save a lot of money. I’ll definitely return to Cebu and choose Stylish Luxe again for our stay!

Our stay with Mark and Nenette’s place was all worth it. Amenities were perfectly working, and the Hosts were accommodating and always responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Oscar’s unit! The blend of techy features like Alexa and the cozy, aesthetic design made the space both fun and relaxing. Most of the equipment is synced with Alexa, making it super easy to control the room—lights, music, and more with just your voice. It’s a quiet and peaceful place—definitely the best Airbnb we've stayed at so far. Oscar was a very responsive host, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place. We’ll surely be back!

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
