Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Studio with private beach and air condition

Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Distance fair Friedrichshafen (Messe Friedrichshafen) 15 kilometers, Friedrichshafen 15 kilometers, Constance 18 kilometers.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon?
