Very good stay at Thomas's, there is everything you need in the apartment. It's easy to park close to the apartment, despite the ongoing work on the avenue. There is everything you need in shops at the foot of the accommodation and Thomas is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it :)

Extremely clean accommodation, what a pleasure to put your things there! Impeccable bedding, I didn't have back pain. Refurbished, this accommodation is very pleasant

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

stay and pleasant accommodation, to be recommended

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

A magnificent and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

We wanted to spend a few days cut off from the world with my partner and the house proposed by Hugues completely met our expectations: in the middle of the fields and on the edge of the forest. Big plus for the decor, the renovation of this tastefully made house, the little touches and the amenities offered! Finally, Hugues is kind and has good advice.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house nestled in the heart of Perche. The place is a true haven of peace: absolute calm, soothing view of the garden, and an atmosphere conducive to rest and disconnection. The house itself is decorated with great taste and everything is designed to make you feel good and access to the pretty flower garden is a real positive point. Hong and Eric were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice on things to do and visit in the area. A rejuvenating stay in a beautiful setting, which we can only warmly recommend. This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.
