Céline and her husband are charming, helpful and very responsive, a beautifully restored haven of peace, bravo, the decor is very harmonious, relaxation guaranteed for the weekend,☺️ we will come back!

Wedding weekend at the Château de Brie (if you are sightseeing in the area, this beautiful estate is worth visiting) we enjoyed our few hours of rest in Jeannette's very peaceful little house. We couldn't meet but we had very good exchanges with Jeannette to prepare for our arrival.

Marine is a nice person, although we did not see each other, but I did not find the wifi code, but we only stayed for one night. All good😊👍. Friendly setting.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A pleasant stopover near Oradour, Limoges and St Junien. Anne welcomed us warmly and had anticipated the start of the stove. The house is old but spacious, very well located and in a quiet environment.

We had a great stay in this accommodation nestled in the middle of the forest, on the edge of a lake. The setting is simply idyllic, conducive to relaxation and disconnection. The hosts were very welcoming, available and communication went perfectly. The accommodation is very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor terrace is particularly pleasant, ideal for enjoying the surrounding nature. The nearby walking trails offer superb walks in complete tranquility – we felt like we were alone in the world. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back! Pauline and Alexandre

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

Alfie and I had a great time at Lee's immaculate courtyard cottage while house hunting in the area. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. A lovely, cosy place and a much appreciated and unexpected tipple awaited us after a long drive, which was very welcome! Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of decor and bed linen is first class. We are looking forward to our next stay again soon. Highly recommended.

beautiful peaceful place accompanied by the croaking of frogs and the jumps of carp...a treat...the spa with an overwhelming heat a real delight... on the other hand disappointed not to be able to lock the door, the sofa really not comfortable even if we spent our time outside the cottage, the duvet with a lot of stains...without these small downsides, the stay was idyllic, the region is waiting to be discovered!!! very discreet and welcoming owners

The place is very beautiful, the garden very large and peaceful, the house functional. The relations with Mélanie were very responsive and friendly. A very good cottage with a very pleasant and quiet environment, great owners!! I definitely recommend this cottage

A beautiful, well equipped little gîte, with everything you could possibly need. The garden is so peaceful, and within a few minutes drive of les lacs de Haute Charente, which are ideal for dog walking. We loved meeting Harry the resident dog. Thank you to Anneguus and Dirk, for being so welcoming. I hope to return some day.

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. A true haven of peace! We had a refreshing stay at Nadine's in a welcoming, neat, tastefully decorated cottage. The setting is idyllic and Nadine advised us on visits and places to see in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

Our arrival in Elronde to take a break before returning home is perfect. A moment of nature and simplicity, all we were looking for, plus we were able to test the Nordic bath... perfect! Smiling, welcoming and discreet hosts, a meal in the middle of nature. That it feels good.
