Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Condat-sur-Vézère

Overall we had a nice stay at the Chai, comfortable accommodation with all the amenities needed. Sabine and Thierry are very friendly and welcoming. We recommend it with confidence.

We had a very good stay at the Moulin aux Ans, the accommodation is very cute, overlooking the waterway, the environment is quiet and very pretty. The pool available is great (to share with the other cottages). Small outdoor terrace very nice and several garden lounges available on the site. Valérie gave us very good advice about the surroundings and told us about good restaurants.

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

We stayed at Anne-Sophie's apartment for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. She had thoughtfully provided plenty of information about the town, as well as a lovely welcome gift of homemade apple juice and fig jam, whch was a really nice touch. Anne-Sophie was very helfpul and always quck to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

Charming family home from the 1930s, nice furniture, neat decor, large kitchen, very good bedding. Full of kitchen utensils. Garden. You feel good right away with this little scent of waxed wood. Very nice discovery for a short stay. The premises are quiet with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The hosts are friendly, caring and proactive. The accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. It is located in the countryside 5 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde and less than 15 minutes from the beautiful Lake Causse.

An absolutely wonderful base from which our family explored the Lascaux Caves, Beynac, Sarlat and surrounds. Alexandre was a fantastic host, greeting us on our arrival and providing us with a tour of the house and then a lovely recommendation for dinner. The house had a fantastic atmosphere and was a great place to relax at the end of the day and for the kids to play.

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it, but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

A very personal, warm welcome to a dreamlike refuge in a beautiful natural setting. The hosts left nothing to be desired and were always personally approachable and exceptionally helpful. Everything as described and the pool was fantastic. The surroundings offered many opportunities for chilling, sunbathing and barbecuing. We highly recommend this place. The only flaw in this paradise is the difficult access via stony field paths. We did it with a very cautious driving style.

Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

The contact with Jérémy was easy and smooth. Very smiling, punctual and clear in his explanations, he knows how to put you at ease from the start. The apartment corresponded in all respects to the description, it is modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and is much larger in reality. It is also very well located in Brive, the hyper center is about ten minutes' walk. Finally, the parking space is an undeniable asset.

Louise went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was responsive and proactive in communicating with us leading up to our visit. My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.
