El Limonero house

El Limonero house (2–4 people, 40 m²), ideal for a couple with one or two children. Consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm), a full bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette, and a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the Sierra Nevada. Equipment: Central heating with electric heat accumulators, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi throughout the enclosure and inside the house. Also available: bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. The integrated kitchen in a living room corner is equipped with: crockery, cutlery and other kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils for 2 people. Within the complex, the following common-use areas are available: parking, swimming pool (4×10 m), barbecue, a space with a washing machine and iron with an ironing board, and terraces overlooking the Dúrcal River Valley. Extra services: In the complex you can enjoy sauna. This service is optional, its price is not included in the house price.

Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

El Patio del Carbón, to dream

I've built the house and I'll take feedback from some of my customers - you've put a lot of love into this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor, which gives plenty of light to the interior even on cloudy days. It has a special charm on moonlit nights when its light illuminates part of the courtyard, giving it a special spell. A terrace with valley views where we don't miss a sunset, some are spectacular.

It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which are only a half-hour drive away.
