Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Read the entire description. We are at the foot of Sierra Nevada. 30 min from the beach and from Granada. With a large garden, vineyards, olive trees and an organic garden. Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

The house is rented alone or next to the Corral de Serafin for groups, since the two houses can be joined without having to go out to the street to go from one house to another, the occupancy with the two houses can be up to 12 people. The Dream of a Cortijo Andaluz: La Solanilla

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which are only a half-hour drive away. Pets are allowed, but there is a €40 surcharge per pet, payable separately from the booking. Please check with the hosts.
