From the moment we booked, the host was extremely cordial, attentive and professional. The check-in and checkout instructions were super clear, which made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. You can tell they work with a well-organized team as the apartment was spotless, very clean and well equipped. Communication was quick, friendly and resolute at all times. It's really all set up as if it was a hotel. Also, I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness. Those little gestures make all the difference :)

Travel for work, excellent facilities and location

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and the parking lot is as shown in the publication. Everything was good and communication with the host was smooth and timely, nice to have a digital lock which makes check-in and out very easy since you don't have to coordinate key delivery and things like that.
