For people with mobility disabilities, you should definitely take an Uber to leave you upstairs. I climbed a ladder that goes from the entrance directly to the tower. It's long, if you're weightless, it's no problem to climb. It felt close to the UDEC arch, so it's great if you're going to the U. Regards!!
