The apartment has a very nice view of the Biobio River. Oriana was very attentive and kind at all times It is very clean and very well maintained. It has all the necessary amenities for a long stay without problems, even a French coffee maker that I personally appreciate very much. It is also very well soundproofed so you sleep peacefully. The bed is comfortable for a good rest There is a supermarket right in front of the building, there are cafes nearby and it is also a 10-minute walk to the center. A place that's totally worth staying at if you're going to Concepción. Congratulations!!

Comfortable apartment for 5 people and with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful view of the entire bay, even better than the pictures. Dichato beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, especially for children, for its little swell. The condominium has two swimming pools, ideal for children and adults. Hosts gave us recommendations for places to walk, eat and/or take once, the references were very good. The condominium and surroundings are family friendly and very quiet, I recommend it.
