I was well received, but I found it to be without privacy, it's in the backyard of a house, they have 100% access to us. I wouldn't rent it again

Great barbecue, delicious swimming pool and sauna. Ana Lúcia and Marcelo are exceptional, caring and attentive hosts. We had an unforgettable family reunion in this house. We really want to go back! Hosting me at the property with Simone host was a great experience. By the time we arrived in the city she was already waiting for us at the house. She is very attentive, helpful, kind, accessible... among so many other adjectives that would fit. The house is airy, it was very clean, it leaves many kitchen utensils available, the freezers work very well, the pool is great in depth for adults, the balcony with hammock gives a huge peace. The bathrooms were impeccable, the air-conditioning works properly, the beds are comfortable, and cable TV is a differential. I went with my family and the satisfaction was unanimous. I recommend to anyone interested in the rental and even intend to return soon.

Great and understanding hosts. The space is the same as the listing and a very nice place to stay. I had some unforeseen issues with the house utensils, but they were promptly resolved. I only leave one observation, that for the amount paid I thought it left something to be desired, it does not have bed linen. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Very good location, with space to store 2 large vehicles, great equipped kitchen, swimming pool and barbecue ideal for family reunion. Owner always active, quickly rebalances and helped us a lot in our stay.

For those who need a place to relax, this is the place. Even though you're in the city, you don't hear any noise. Those looking for a large pool, it's a good choice too. Fully covered barbecue area that can be closed if it rains, with grill and skewers. Still inside the BBQ area, it has something very important that is a water fountain, so there is no concern about bringing water to drink. Regarding items, it was complete, we lacked absolutely nothing. Our stay was wonderful and the host, if you need is always willing. I highly recommend it!

Very preserved and wide internal area, with air-conditioned and functional environment. Outdoor area very well looked after. In short, a welcoming and ideal environment to host in the city of Uberaba, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, bars, bakeries and universities. I will certainly return.

The overall stay was great. Fabio referred us to people to help in the daily life of the house. They met their expectations well. There is safety on the nearby roads, with the permanence of people in the neighborhood, properly guiding and attentive to their functions. The living room, gourmet and leisure area are good.
