Guests enjoy exclusive access to the terrace/basement apartment through a separate entrance. The space includes a bedroom (with TV & sitting area) kitchenette, bathroom, and dining area. Guests are also welcome to the living/rec room area, if requested. Our house is very close to UVA main grounds, North Grounds, stadium, lots of shopping and dining, movies, downtown Charlottesville, West Main Area and Vineyards. *My husband, son, dog and I live upstairs, so you may hear us at times!
