Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Comarca Vaqueira

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

It's hard to describe briefly - it's a really cozy house for the time of your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, so we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very pleasant and responsive host. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which helped a lot. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. There is no dishwasher in the house, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you have a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing in this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you very much and 100% excellent accommodation.

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Both Sushi and Marcelino are very kind. They greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us transport our luggage to the station. They also provided us with information about the area and were there for anything. Pleasant stay.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and comfortable/relaxing. We reached out to the host for one small question, and they replied immediately (within 30 seconds). Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

We were very comfortable in the house and with the attention of Alberto and his parents, always attentive and attentive to what we could need. It's a very quiet but practical area to get around to get to know several places.

Excellent accommodation. Everything was impeccable and practically new. Highly recommended. We already knew the area and we love it. You can walk to Santa Gadea beach in 5 minutes, Tapia, Ribadeo and the surrounding beaches… a wonder. Special mention for María, the owner who was always attentive and aware that we did not lack anything.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Bane and her husband are super nice. We had a problem on the trip and arrived late at the apartment, and they showed their support and understanding for the delay. They left us everything we needed for breakfast, very thoughtful.
