My team and I stayed here for a work training all week and I have nothing but positive things to say. The house was extremely nice and updated. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Great communication between the host and I. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available.

Nice spot on campus with tons of space. Big backyard for fun and activities for the kids while you grill or sit by the fire pit. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! 5 star stay!

My family & I were there for my daughter’s college graduation & everyone was very impressed. The location was perfect & less than 10 mins to get to the graduation as well as the restaurant afterwards. There’s a one car garage in the back & plenty of free street parking right out front which was a plus. Lots of amenities including kitchenware, washer/dryer, family games & dishwasher, which I couldn’t figure out because I still wash dishes the old fashion way! :-) Evan was a great host & very responsive both before & during our stay. I inquired about an air mattress prior to arrival, & he went the extra mile & immediately ordered one in order to accommodate us which was super nice. The only hiccup as discussed with Evan was the inconvenience of not being able to enter the house through the back door due to the padlock malfunction. So, I ended up parking on the street because I didn’t want to keep walking all the way around to the front entrance. Overall, would def stay there again!

Our stay here was fabulous! Exactly as described. Location to anywhere in Columbus was convenient and walkable to some things! The house was fully equipped with tons of kitchen and hosting items which I appreciated! The patio/deck was so relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean and even though it was on a semi busy street you never heard traffic and it felt very private. The yard was so beautiful and a great place to sit with your coffee and to play for our one year old. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was 7 of us total; four adults, two teenagers, and a baby. We never felt on top of each other, there was plenty of space to be together or apart. Carolyn was amazing at communicating, any question I asked she answered quickly and kindly. I would recommend the place and I would stay here again! Thank you Carolyn!

My family and I had a great time staying here. We were close to everything. The place has a lot more space than I originally thought and the backyard was a nice place to relax. I would definitely stay here again!

The entire experience was excellent. Naireh is attentive and friendly. From the moment you walk through the front doors you feel at home. The place was spotless! Really comfortable and great location. I highly recommend and would defintely stay there again.

Such an amazing place to bring your kids when visiting such a kid-friendly city!! There were so many thoughtful details in every room to discover. If you like pirates or fun, themed houses, this is the place for you! We had a blast staying here. The hosts were super friendly and helpful too.

It was a large space for a low price. I see some other reviews criticizing the neighborhood, but we had no problems. It seems to be a new space. Amenities are sparse. But it’s clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

Amanuel was a great host! House was welcoming and clean. Had tons of beds! The pull out couch is on the smaller side and counted as one of the beds. Easy to find, good location to the city, great kitchen, all around great!

This place was exactly what we needed. The interior was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything felt new and fully functional. It provided a peaceful and restful atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all well-stocked with the essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable. The two-car garage in the back was a convenient bonus. As the house is older, the staircase to the bedrooms is steeper than normal, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns. That said, if you're looking for a spacious and well-maintained home near downtown Columbus, I highly recommend this one!

The Parker House was beautiful and the perfect location for our stay. We swam, relaxed in the hot tub, made s’mores by the fire, walked the property and took in the stunning views from both inside the house and out on the patio. The trip was both memorable and relaxing. Ted and his team were always available for questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Eric was a very responsive host and responded quickly to our questions. We had rented his home for my son's wedding. The home was exactly as described on the site. It was well equipped to house a big crowd and was well stocked. We did not have to reach out to Eric for anything during our stay there. It had a lovely coffee bar which our guests enjoyed. The home also has a spacious sun room that can house a big crowd. Overall, we and our guests enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Escape
