Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Colorado City

Yes, there is construction because it is in a mew area where construction is happening. However, besides the little bit of early morning construction noise, the place is silent. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed the small walk to a local taco truck. The unit is stocked with so many things most other places do not have. We enjoyed our stay.

Richard’s “Oasis in the desert”. Is very beautiful inside and out. The house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. The backyard is very large, beautifully landscaped - like having your own private park to completely relax in as well as enjoy the awesome red mountain backdrop. And Richard really is a super host! Very responsive and enjoyable to interact with. This was a return visit for us with more future returns whenever we have a chance to come back to the awesome St George area! We really can’t say enough nice things about our experiences regarding this home and the host.

Timber and Tin is a great choice to stay at in Kanab. The cabin we stayed in (B) was very nice. Clean, open, comfortable and airy with lots of windows to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Not to mention the rooftop deck that also provides incredible views and is great for stargazing at night. The grounds are beautiful too - well maintained with lots of beautiful plants. Also has a great pool for relaxing in when you're having some downtime from exploring nearby Zion and Bryce. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Bryce & Zion and looking for a nice place to stay that isn't a hotel.

This home was so beautiful and my little family felt right at home, we are definitely coming back if we come back up this way again, would definitely refer family and friends to check it out, the patio and hot tub was amazing, thanks again Camille! We made some great vacation memories for sure.

This Airbnb was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. We had no issue with the booking, check-in, or any particulars during our stay. Looked just as the photos. Tia was a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we visited St. George/Hurricane.

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

We had such a wonderful stay. The space is huge and well maintained. Perfect for unwinding after long days of hiking!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We really appreciated her kindness and quick communication. Highly recommend!

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for the multiple family's that we had and all ages. They're was space for everyone to gather together and spaces to get apart lol. The pool was fun and mini golf too! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We loved our stay! very clean and lots of space, we never felt on top of each other. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. the bus stop was right out front with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

This place was beautiful! One of my least favorite things about Airbnb’s is always dirty floors—these floors were pristine! There are so many fun things to do in the area, but we also just loved spending time at this place relaxing. Perfect for our babymoon :) The skylight in the bedroom area didn’t work which was a bummer for us because we just love all the natural lighting in the rest of the place, but that didn’t take away too much from the rest of the wonderful stay! Shelby definitely knows how to host an Airbnb—her info guide was perfect, and the space was designed beautifully!!

The space was perfect for our stay- lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the outside table to take in the views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed - even though we didn't cook any meals! Only small issue we had was the guest room shower - difficult to get the shower turned on! Our kids enjoyed the pools although the big pool was closed when we were there which made the other pools a bit crowded. All in all, a good stay, felt like we were "at home"!

The stay was awesome, it had all the amenities we needed and it was located close to the pool. The kids had a great time and it was so amazing having our dogs with us. The only feedback I would say is there’s not much of an area to take the dogs potty, and the pool wasn’t the cleanest. The bathrooms at the pool need more attention, there was stool in the shower area in the men’s. Otherwise, it was such a great stay, the location was perfect and we’d definitely stay there again. Thank you for working with us and for being so accommodating!

Our group of 12 found the home spacious and accommodating for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and fridge space. Working washer and dryer. Plenty parking. Great central location to visit Zion and Bryce NP.

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

Very cozy cabin, loved being so close to & immersed in Zion! If you’re someone who likes elevated camping this place Is for you! Nostalgic summer camp cabin. Charming ruggedness.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was right in the middle between Bryce Canyon, Zion and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, which we all visited. It was a peaceful escape and we enjoyed home cooked meals almost every night. It was also very convenient to have access to do laundry and to use the game room and fireplace. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay.

We had a terrific stay at this Airbnb! We had a group of 6 adults and 2 young children and it was perfect. The house had a ton of baby gear including two pack and plays, a baby gate, and outlet safety plugs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Of course the best part was the breathtaking view, which you could enjoy from virtually any room in the house, the deck, and the fire pit. And the location was perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This home is in a wonderful location if you want a peaceful stay, yet easily drivable to both Zion and Bryce. The small town was wonderful and locals very friendly. The house had all the advertised space and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and have fallen in love with Utah!

A great little place in an ideal spot for day trips to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon north rim. Very peaceful location that was clean, quiet and has very nice amenities. Ideal base for a small family to explore southern Utah from. Loved it!
