"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. When found on the "Circuito Chico" you are a few km from places of incredible beauty: - Distance from Cerro Campanario ( the seventh best view of the world! ) : 2 km - Distance from Swiss Colony: 5 km - Distance to View Point: 3 km - San Pedro Peninsula Distance: 4 km - Distance to Cerro Catedral: 20 km If you do not have own transportation, there is public transport of passengers 20 minutes walking distance from the house and a bike rental is 20 minutes walking distance. Bright loft apartment with magnificent views of the hills and forest. It has a hotel sommier which allows it to be used in matrimonial or twin mode. Located in a wooded property with native vegetation. Located at the end of a dead end street, providing great tranquility to the place. The area is very safe and is a few blocks from the full shopping center and public transportation. To access the apartment you have to go up one floor by stairs. It has a garage and grill.

Nice Quiet cabin ideal for a couple, host two people well . 80 MB FIBER OPTIC INTERNET We lend you 2 bikes to move 5 min walk to Natural Reserve: Hikes, mountains, rivers, skiing area, and MTB trails. Close to brewery, restaurant in front of the lake and 10 min bike ride to good food store. Great location close to Nat and not far from town. Public Bus to town is a block and a half from the cabin. We have a garden and a nice deck in sunny days. NO TV.

It is a spacious, bright and cozy studio house. It has all the amenities, fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet, linens, towels, and down comforters. It is fully equipped. Grill area. Housekeeping service. The house is located in a garden next to another house. You can't see one house from the other. Total privacy. A place where you can enjoy privacy, close to a very complete shopping mall: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, service station, etc.

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

It's a story house, a dream come true! I can't write in words everything beautiful about the place and the house, the view is second to none! The house had everything we needed and more, super warm. Everything is spotless. It's a place that is clearly made with love and passion. It is very private and safe, we enter by vehicle and it is close to downtown. Entering the place is film. Everything is very beautiful, we are in love. Marcia very kindly allowed us to stay a few more hours of check out. We are super grateful and happy for those dreamy days that we live in that house!! Congratulations to the owners ✨

The apartment was identical to the photos, everything was clean and organized, the decor is beautiful and full of details, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. The view makes the experience incredible, it was the best part of the trip, arriving at the apartment and relaxing looking at the view from the window. The hosts responded super fast and helped me with all the questions I had. I recommend it 100%.

I felt so cozy and comfortable during my stay at Barbara and Francisco’s place – like a home in the middle of a forest. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views are just breathtaking. Waking up to the surrounding nature was magical. The sauna was such a special treat and truly made my day. Barbara and Francisco were wonderful hosts – super responsive, thoughtful, and caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
