Also, she is an amazing person and will help you with anything you nerd. I'm certainly staying at her place every time I need to go to Colonia.

Everything was impeccable, Silvina took care of us very well, very attentive always to assist us in everything we needed. The accommodation is comfortable, has 2 bedrooms and an armchair bed, 2 air conditioners that worked perfect for 2 very hot days. The place is 5 minutes from Carmelo Downtown. Very quiet area.

We were very comfortable in Juan's house. Everything we needed, clean, with a good bed coat for 7 people. To take into account, if more than 4 people go, the mezzanine is not very accessible due to the steepness of the staircase, in our case there was no problem. The area is very quiet, next to the Plaza de Toros, ideal for driving. There is a supermarket one block away, a goal. We will definitely be back!

very nice apartment, beautiful view. The building has a spa, heated pool and gym that we could all use. Very nice. Too bad they allow children to enter the jacuzzi and heated pool, not making the place relax as it should. But that should already set the rules for the building or become aware of the adults and being responsible parents.
