We loved our stay! The location is great, right in the middle of everything in the Old Town. The space is also great, with three bedrooms - two downstairs, and one at the top of a beautiful spiral staircase. The balcony is perfect for people watching on the lively street below. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. The owners were very helpful and responsive. And most importantly, the air conditioning was glorious, with an A/C unit each room. Perfect for cooling off after a few hours (or minutes) in the hot, humid climate.

I spent the weekend in Cali and needed to get around the south of the city. This apartment was perfect: its location allowed me to quickly reach all the places I needed. It has several access routes, which made it much easier to get around, even with traffic. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and has everything you need. The pool on the terrace was a great plus, with a beautiful view of the treetops that gives it a very natural and relaxing touch. The private parking was also key: I didn't have to worry about the sun or rain, as my car was safe in the underground parking. I definitely recommend it!

The studio is as you see in the photos, a very nice building, everything is impeccable, zero noise, very quiet, a very good place to spend a few days of rest with your family. Excellent, thanks Alejandro

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. Jorge was always available and helpful when needed. Most amenities were functional and useful. Exceptionally clean!! The apartment design was maybe 1990s era eccentric, though that was fine for us. Beware if you have mobility problems as the stairs may be quite a challenge to navigate. The breakfast was very minor (Not at all like the photo). As with most South and Central America regions the hot water may be sporadic. Also it may be useful to be aware that the city of Bogota shuts off water one day per week; for this apartment that day was Friday when we were there. Jorge was very proactive and had a good supply of water available for us!

This lovely apartment was a beautiful oasis in the heart of the lively Poblado district... The space is clean, quiet & tranquil, but just steps away from wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, & music venues. We were so delighted with the artful nature of the apartment, the luxurious steam showers & the beautiful patios lush with plants & golden light. My only hesitation about writing this review is a concern that this special apartment might not be as readily available when we eagerly return to Medellin! I can't imagine finding a more wonderful perfect space!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bogotá! The location is super central—perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the hot tub was an amazing bonus, especially after a day of sightseeing. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Amazing! It’s all in the details. Perfect location to all the best shopping and restaurants. The building is modern and the apartment is in immaculate condition. Nina was the best, super helpful and understanding, even letting me leave later after checkout time. The amenities really make this feel like home. Perfect spot if you’re working remotely or just want to explore the city. She even provided an umbrella for Bogotá’s chilly unpredictable weather. Haha. Would return in a heartbeat.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for more. Everything was impeccable, exactly as described (or even better!). The communication was excellent and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. I recommend it 100% to anyone looking for an unparalleled accommodation experience.

Nice apartment with a great view. Stores and restaurants surround you and extremely walkable. There's even a grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive. Even if unsuccessful, he tried to correct any issues I presented to him. I'd stay there again

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well-organized, and feels comfortable and welcoming from the moment you walk in. You can tell a lot of care has gone into keeping the space tidy and functional—everything you need is right where it should be. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the walkable heart of the city. The famous Theatron club is nearby, along with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops. Whether you're into nightlife, food, or just exploring, this place puts you right in the center of it all. One important note: if you plan to have any friends visit, you’ll need to register them in advance with the building, which is a good security measure and keeps everything safe and orderly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the city in a clean, stylish, and super-convenient space!
