# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

I’m giving the place a 5 stars! To start the Hosts was very responsive, he got back to me right away. All the instructions were very clear. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. I felt very secure all the time. I will definitely be staying here again.

Manuela’s place was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication with Manuela was easy and friendly from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

Stayed at Energy Living several times. This was the first time at Christian’s place. His flat had a wrap around balcony that is great to relax on and enjoy the sounds of the city and the night breeze. He is a phenomenal host and very accommodating. Will be back to Energy Living again and will stay in 704!

El Airbnb estuvo increíble. Las habitaciones eran perfectas, cómodas y muy bien equipadas. El espacio en general es amplio, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de un gran fin de semana. Además, el hecho de estar ubicado dentro de un hotel y tener acceso al desayuno hace que la experiencia sea mucho más completa y conveniente. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y doy toda la seguridad de que es un excelente lugar para quedarse en familia.

Had a fantastic stay, property is even more beautiful in person. Sean, Sandra and the whole team are super friendly and responsive. Plenty of open space and natural light, gaming/lounge area on the second level was a great spot for everyone to hang out. there is a 24 hour pharmacy 2 minute walk away which is very convenient.

Amazing hosts and beautiful apartment right in the heart of Poblado. From the minute we booked they were responsive and they had someone meet us the day we arrived to check us in and go over all the stuff and walk through of the place. Very clean and just like the photos. Tons to do within walking distance. It can be loud as it is quite the party area but thats what you are there for right? The hosts were very communicative and would help with anything as far as questions to recommendations and security. Our place came with security outside 8pm to 630am every night and Jaison was absolutely amazing. The steamroom and jacuzzi were amazing amenities after a long day of sight seeing or just to relax in general. They also arranged a ride from the AirBnb to the airport via a friend who was also punctual and very accommodating and offered a great price.Would highly recommend this property or any other the owners have as it was top notch. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great places to stay, location was perfect. Walkable distance to Provenza. Juan was very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Excelente ubicación. Barrio con varias cosas cerca para caminar, restaurantes y cafeterias. Tranquilo para dormir. Cuenta con recepción y seguridad 24 horas.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
