Incredible, I go back every year, it's just exceptional!

Highly recommend this property. Sophie and Clement were excellent hosts - they were friendly and extremely responsive when there were a couple of minor problems and fixed them immediately. The property itself was clean, cute and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was completely quiet and private, even with other visitors nearby. It provided a great base for two weeks in Normandy - an easy drive to many interesting attractions. It was also an easy 30 minutes walk or 5 minute drive to Courselles where there are lots of restaurants and shops. And the heated pool was an excellent bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay with Sophie again.

We enjoyed staying at the Farmhouse of which returning to the pool after a busy day out was a favourite of our teens. nice and clean with all that you need to self cater provided. good bed linen, towels and robes supplied. The village is outside of Caen , there are no amenities within the small village and we decided to eat out during our days out and could easily cook in the evenings with supermarkets within driving distance. A quiet and quaint village in the Normandy Countryside with the main towns and D Day Beaches a easy drive on good roads.

What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings! Everything you need is in this cottage! Felt right at home! Would definitely recommend if travelling in Normandy!

We had the best stay and thoroughly enjoyed the local area and beyond. The Airbnb was fit for purpose and the kids loved the play area. The beds were comfortable and the area was tranquil. Chrystel was a great host and communicated well. Thanks Chrystel!

A small haven of peace in Normandy. We loved the fact that we could sit in the garden and have a barbecue, plus the setting is very quiet. The sea is next door, not even a quarter of an hour by car, and Caen, where we went out, is less than 10 minutes away. The host is very responsive by message. We enjoyed the accommodation during a family stay. The house was very clean when we arrived, we had a very good stay, very pleasant with the family and close to the beach and Caen by car (about 10 min). We therefore enjoyed it, thank you also to the host Axel for his kindness and responsiveness by message.

Excellent value for money in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to nature. Very nice!

We are satisfied with our stay!! It was just for 2 nights for 6 people following a wedding nearby and we have space we could be more so that this lovely house is large!! Outside the house looks small but once inside very large!! 3 large bedrooms on the 1st and comfortable beds!! One small negative thing is the shower when you are old it is difficult to climb into the bathtub and no protection plan mats!! Let's say it's not practical!!

Fabienne's place is very nice! The beautiful stone house in Caen is very well located in the municipality of Louvigny, a haven of greenery and peace! The interior is cozy, tastefully furnished with very good quality equipment. Fabienne is very responsive, attentive and flexible on schedules. We sincerely thank her for having us with our dog Goultard . This is an address I'll remember . Thanks for everything

We had a great time! The accommodation is as advertised, clean, well decorated and very pleasant to live in. Location is great, close to everything. Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

The appartment was very cozy and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Ouistreham is a nice village with more than enough shops and restaurants and the location of the appartment is great. Would book again!

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

excellent stay in a beautiful little house. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and everything looks new and clean. Very good and large bed upstairs. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back.

A beautiful little Normandy house very well restored to keep all its character while offering all the comfort, and especially 3 beautiful bedrooms all with bathroom that allowed everyone to have their private space in peace with the possibility of meeting all together thanks to a beautiful large living room. It will be with great pleasure that we will return to taste the charm of this house!

A very nice accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. You can park in front of the house without any problems, very close to the beach. Well-equipped accommodation and the hosts were very responsive. Recommended
