We had a wonderful vacation! The place was beautiful and perfect for our family! Everything is close and easy to get to and everyone was very kind and helpful. The commons area was extremely clean and our family enjoyed all the amenities. Jessica was very responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable and private condo close to the beach and restaurants. Easy private parking. Nice amenities inside. Comfy bed. Good location. Quiet. Lovely balconies and views. Well renovated. Very clean with modern fixtures. Very walkable neighborhood. Loved it!

Great little waterside condo in a wonderful spot in the island. Close to lots of good restaurants and you can rent or charter boats next door! Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views of Gulf & Tigertail lagoon. Perfect location to watch sunset from the deck. Linda's place has comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & well decorated. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Hope to plan another stay in the future!

We had a great time staying here! Lots of things to do around the condos, quick and easy drive to the beach! They responded quickly and were very helpful :)

JK2Properties was helpful from pre-booking to checkout. Instructions were clear. The place looks like the pictures. Apartment is adorable, loved the decor. The only issue was when we first arrived, the keypad wasn’t working for us and J2K immediately fixed it remotely and we got right in. No problem. Also, the elevator closes quickly, so be careful upon exit. All in all, a great stay and would come back!

This property is located within walking distance of restaurants and in the same complex as the pool. This apartment was beautiful, spacious, & clean. There were plenty of towels, bath cloths, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish & laundry detergent. This place had everything we needed, they even provide beach chairs, towels and coolers for your beach visit. We visited Vanderbilt Beach which was about 20 minutes away, a really easy drive. I could not have picked a more perfect apartment. We were in town visiting family and surprisingly was 3 minutes away from their condo. This will definitely be our #1 spot for future stays. Words cannot explain how amazing this apartment is. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This house was amazing ! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool and yard.

Our family had an excellent time, the place was everything we hoped it would be and absolutely would recommend. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ralph’s home on Sanibel Island the week of Thanksgiving. Our family of five (two teenage daughters, my husband, his 91 year old mother and myself) really enjoyed Ralph’s comfortable beachy home. The descriptions were accurate, three roomy bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a screened in upper porch overlooking the delightful salt water pool with plenty of deck chairs and floaties plus a covered sitting area by the pool. My mother in law was able to be outside with us either in the sun or in one of the covered sitting areas. We rented bikes on Ralph’s recommendation which were delivered to us and picked up the day we left. Bikes are a great way to get around the island especially to the beach where the parking is extremely limited with hefty fines. Ralph was very informative before we arrived with beach, restaurant and activity suggestions, as well as being very thoughtful and responsive during our stay. We would happily return to Sanibel and stay here!

Risking people reading this review and their place getting booked up.... IT WAS FABULOUS! I highly recommend if you are looking for peace and relaxation! A true get-away. We booked a couple excursions which were so much fun (airboat ride and CraigCats) and the rest of the time we enjoyed Kayaking with the owners boats, and fishing with the owner supplied poles! We caught a few neat fish too! We didn't worry about beach parking it was only a block or 2 away, just took the owner supplied cart with the owner supplied beach chairs and coolers! Don't worry about flying to Florida and not being able to bring these things with you! Angelisa has got you covered!! <3 I also had Walmart deliver groceries the morning after we arrived so didn't have to shop! Restaurants had delicious food! Beach had the shells! Home time was pool, billiards and video gaming! We had a truly relaxing vacation!

Third time staying here and will definitely be back! Great spot on Marco Island - very clean, on the water, crystal clear pool, plenty of space for the whole family (two teenagers and two tweens), close to everything! Responsive hosts, easy to check in/out and great water pressure in the shower! The kids enjoyed using the provided bikes, and it was nice to be able to dock our private boat.

The stay was wonderful. Lori was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was proactive on a few things we never thought of. Everyone had a wonderful time and we would certainly look to book here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay- the house was just as good as advertised and the location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants, shops, and even mini-golf. Loved the pool at the house and that each bedroom had a bathroom. Kat was super helpful throughout the process and offered tips and local insights. We would definitely stay here again!

Although this unit is a little dated (cabinets and furniture) everything is well kept and really clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Amazing view! Plenty of towels and blankets. Everything we needed for cooking meals was provided. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. We appreciated the safety of SeaWinds with the locks on all building doors and beach/pool gates. We would definitely book this condo again.

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

The location is really nice. The room is clean and have facilities that we need for staying. Tracey is also active responding for everything, when we had the questions. This place might be a great option for staying in Marco island.👍🏻

Our Stay at Marco was absolutely wonderful! Well in advance of our trip Jim reached out and explained all the steps and things we needed to know. This made check in a breeze. He also checked on us upon our arrival to make sure we made it okay. The condo unit was beautiful with a beautiful balcony to enjoy our breakfast and breathe the fresh ocean air. The unit was spacious and comfortable and clean and had every amenity we would need, including buckets to play in the sand at the beach. We had a wonderful time using the pool and spending time walking the beach! It was a magical place! We would recommend it to anyone!
