I had a pleasant stay in the chalet that perfectly matched the description and photos of the listing. Small, well-fenced garden perfect for my dog who was able to enjoy the outdoors. Big plus for the water park which was great and very uncrowded at this time. Very responsive host, I highly recommend this chalet in which I would gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

We are delighted with our stay at this property. The house is spacious, well laid out, with several bathrooms and we were able to enjoy it without stepping on each other (6 adults and 6 children including 2 babies). The accommodation is clean, many amenities are offered (2 high chairs, a baby bath, a washing machine, a dryer, deckchairs, books, etc.). The exteriors are also perfectly maintained, with a large, fully enclosed plot. It is ideally located, close to the city center of Dives and a short half-hour walk from the city center of Cabourg. Regarding the hosts, 5/5 as well: available, responsive and accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. We stayed here as a family (my wife, our daughter and I), and really enjoyed our time. The house is spacious, easily big enough for two families. The location is excellent: it’s on a quiet little street, but just a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful, wide beach. Shops, restaurants and the town center are all within walking distance too, which made everything super convenient. Inside, the living room and kitchen on the ground floor are very comfortable and well-equipped, and the terrace with a BBQ and outdoor seating was a great place to relax in the evenings. All in all, a great stay and everything was smooth and easy. We’d be happy to come back again!

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

Fantastic location seconds from the beach on a very quiet lane. Very secure yard if you bring dogs! Everything you need in the apartment - it is very well fitted out. Clément is a caring and responsive host. I recommend!

We spent four nights in Bernieres sur Mer and from there took numerous excursions to the landing beaches (D-Day) and to Bayeux. Because the accommodation is very close to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach and go swimming frequently in the good weather. The accommodation is ideal for two people, everything necessary is available, modern and beautifully equipped.

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

We had a great stay, it is a very cosy house with everything you need. The garden is great to relax, and we enjoyed playing with Bilbao a lot! The area has lots to offer and we wish we would have stayed for at least another week. Hope to come back some day. Thank you Charles and Aurore

We had a wonderful couple of days at Jose and Muriel's beautiful house. The location was perfect with very easy walk to beach or shops and was very peaceful. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time (entirely my fault) but Jose was very quick to resolve any issues and we were in within 10 minutes. The house itself was immaculately clean and tidy and very well equipped. Beds were super comfy. Our only gripe was that there was no toilet upstairs but that was such a minor thing! We also loved the garden which is an absolute sun trap.

Very Good house welcome from Brigitte in this very well-equipped house, in a quiet area, ideal location where you can do anything on foot, beach, restaurants, shops, market. The only downside is the wooden staircase to access the squeaky rooms, otherwise everything was perfect. Recommended address.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

We were guests in the Le Coquillage Bungalow, thanks to Mylene for the nice accommodation, comfortable and well furnished, very close to the sea and restaurants. Excellent location for visiting the region. Recommended
