Casale Vincenzo by Interhome

Tatiana’s home was such a beautiful, relaxing retreat to come to after our first few days in bustling, busy Rome. We loved the proximity to excellent local restaurants & wineries. We cannot say enough good things about the beautiful surrounding landscape. Truly a gift.

Le Rondini

wonderful accommodation, we checked in with the grandmother and she is a SUPER KIND lady. in the house there is everything you need. It's easy to park, even though there's no private parking. In front, there's a bar that makes excellent croissants. I highly recommend it.

Parents' house

LaurieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Casa Di Martile in Loreto Aprutino

LisaRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We have just checked out of Casa Di Martile after a wonderful 4 night stay over New Year. We were absolutely delighted with Eric and Rita's beautiful, clean, peaceful, comfortable holiday home. Everything was as described in the Airbnb listing. Check in was so easy, thanks to Eric's helpful directions and with the assistance of Eric's friend Fabio. The view of Maiella and the surrounding hills from the balconies is spectacular - we loved staring at the mountains while enjoying our morning coffee, and at midnight on New Year's Eve we were treated to an incredible display of fireworks all across the mountains - a very special experience!

View of La Majella House

SusieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

New Rustic Apartment: Sea & Mountains

RobertoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Very nice accommodation, recently renovated and very clean. All modern comforts in a period building. Very spacious with wooden floors and double height with vaulted ceiling: entrance to a room equipped with kitchen, bathroom and very large bedroom, all new. Quiet, even if facing the street, thanks to the new fixtures and the almost non-existent traffic (from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning). Free parking in the pitch behind the small neighboring church, a few steps along the church itself. Good supply of breakfast foods. Vetlana is very kind and helpful. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful, and can be admired during the journey to reach the destination. In addition to the houses that make up the small village, there is the Post Office, while we have not seen other commercial establishments (there should be a tavern/restaurant not far away). Both the accommodation and the manager are recommended.
