This place was just right for our needs. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed being able to stay just across town from where they lived. Plenty of space for two people. For us - who like to walk - we felt the location was easily walkable as it was easily within a half-mile to a grocery store, gas station or cafe 3/4 mile). We would easily stay here again 😃

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was even more private than I anticipated (that's not currently another rental on the other side of the fence) and the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the grounds are. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the queen bed was comfortable. There was some traffic noise, being right off a county road, but not enough to make it not feel peaceful and quiet. I will be back!

Every time I’m in the area, I CHOOSE to stay here at Perry’s! The place is amazing, super private, clean, brand new, with tons of space and all new appliances, washer dryer, ect. I absolutely love the experience and privacy in a beautiful build. The pics he has do not do the place Justice!

The place was clean and inviting. I like that their furniture is newer and comfortable. So many of our stays were mediocre because of the outdated furniture. Everything was well organized and easy to find. They also have a nice stamped concrete patio area with fire pit which is awesome . Very thoughtful hosts.
