We are centrally situated in the Garden Route: 25 km from Knysna, 35 km from George. The house is close to Sedgefield beaches (Myoli Beach and Swartvlei Estuary). Frisgewaagd Guest Quarters is good for couples; we love children and pets, but since the garden does not have a safe play area we cannot accommodate them. The guest room is spacious, with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, induction cooker) and lounge area. Guest quarters have a private (separate) entry.

The four air-conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options like a bar and pool table made for a perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature, with the Goukamma Nature Reserve nearby, it’s an ideal retreat for relaxation and adventure. Malcolm is an exceptional host, exhibiting excellent communication skills, grace, and genuine warmth. We highly recommend a stay at Ned's; the home is lovely and peaceful, with a beautiful garden enjoyable for children and pets. Our stay was precisely the peaceful respite we city dwellers needed—a tranquil place to relax and breathe in the fresh air. The Sedgefield community is also welcoming and serene. We would gladly return to Malcolm's home. While we did not find any chameleons in the garden, the search for them was genuinely entertaining. Upon entering, we appreciated the calming music playing on the television; it truly enhanced the ambiance and décor. We felt so at home that we were comfortable inviting friends over for a barbecue. Peter's welcoming presence after check-in was also greatly appreciated, ensuring everything was in order. Malcolm's home will certainly see much more of us, our friends, and family, as we will enthusiastically recommend it to them.

The house is simply amazing. It’s incredible to sit on the balcony, listen to the ocean and look at the raw beach with its amazing sunset. We also saw twice dolphins, so the name of the house definitely holds what it promises. The interior is so thought through and the house provides everything you wish for and even more. The bed h can be accessed with just a few steps and also the area around offers lots of cafes, restaurants, hiking trails and beautiful nature. Marli is also a great host who was accessible and reacted super fast. Everybody who looks for a stop at the garden route, I can only recommend to stay here

The photos don't do this beautiful cottage justice. It's spacious, comfortable and has stunning views. The kitchen is well equipped and a lovely space to cook in. The cottage is on the ground floor of their home with a 2 step access to a large deck where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views and surrounding nature. Maatjie and her husband are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend their beautiful Airbnb.

This is the perfect setting for just relaxing at home, coming back to, after a day at the beach, doing day trips between Sedgefield and Mosselbaai, Oudshoorn, Tsitsikamma and any where in between on the Garden Route. Even an office/work space, if needed. Highly recommended! We had an amazing time! Thank you!
