My stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires was simply perfect in every way, exceeding all expectations! From the first contact, communication with the host was impeccable. The apartment's cleanliness is worthy of five stars - everything was impeccable, fragrant and extremely organized, which made me feel at home instantly. Attention to detail was visible in every corner. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. My flight was delayed, and yet he received me outside the agreed time with the greatest kindness, which made all the difference after a long trip. In addition, I was surprised with a delicious alfajor as a gift – such a loving touch that made me even more delighted. Throughout the stay, he was always available to respond quickly to all my questions and gave me great tips about the city, making my exploration of Buenos Aires much easier and more enjoyable.

we agreed with Romi to do the check-in. All the rules are very clear. The spectacular apartment for a five-day visit. We went as a couple. with everything to cook or buy and heat, however you want. a super quiet neighborhood with everything you need at your fingertips. Romi will be happy to help you with anything you need. Given the time of our flight, we made a more flexible check-out. Thank you very much Romi for hosting us!

Excellent apartment with fabulous view. All this is great - and very clean. They have all the details - from air fresheners to liquid soaps. Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

Very cozy and compact apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is great. We felt right at home here! The apartment is very bright and full of natural light. It was a little noisy at times because of the school in the yard, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The property was exactly like advertised. It has a beautiful view of the playground/dog park. Very close to the subway and buses. I recommend it for others.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, and the hosts are absolutely fantastic. We're very grateful for their help and support. In our opinion, they provide one of the best services in Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is simply wonderful—spotlessly clean, equipped with excellent, new, and fully functional appliances. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, making it a great place for long-term stays. The bed is large and comfortable, the sofa is cozy, and the appliances are top-notch. The street is quiet, and the hosts treat you with kindness. They are always available and responsive, and the bed linens are of high quality. There is also all the cookware you need for preparing meals.

The best hosts without a doubt. Words are unnecessary. I would come back a thousand times. Keep it up. I send you a hug. See you next time!

The apartment is not new, but very cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, which was pleasant - there is oil and balsamic vinegar, a lot of dishes. Absolutely clean linen, children's books and a baby cot. Windows overlook the yard, so the apartment is quite quiet. Carolina is a nice woman, it's easy to communicate with her

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

The location was excellent, both close to good places and easy to get to others. Easy access to the AEP airport and the streets seemed safe even at night. The apartment is very well preserved, as well as being very cozy and welcoming. The host responded very quickly and promptly resolved a situation with the apartment. I definitely intend to return to the same place when I'm in Buenos Aires. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

Great apartment, close to the subway station and several restaurants, quiet and easily accessible building, I recommend it.
