Townhome holiday rentals in Coffs Harbour

We had a wonderful stay, the place was great and location was perfect for what we were after. We enjoyed having the local wildlife, one in particular (kookaburra) would come right near us which was very unexpected. I honestly couldnt fault the stay and the views from the bbq area where just phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here, its worth the cost and perfect if you want a peaceful, quiet place to relax.

Loved this place, perfect set up and location for our family holiday. Views are 10/10, location is perfect, walking distance to look out one way, short walk to shops and restaurants the other way. Bonville golf course 5min drive away. Loved it, will book again

Home had an interesting layout, three stories, two bedrooms on ground floor and one on top floor, living / dining in the middle, didn’t use front door as around other side of house away from garage and driveway parking. Was wet weather so entered via laundry and garage. Convenient location, clean tidy, great hotel quality linen, friendly response from care takers. Suited our girls weekend away with two bathrooms and three toilets one on each floor. There is no wifi and only a convection microwave oven, no full kitchen oven. Enjoyed our stay but not sure we would return.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a perfect location just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Awesome location and even better than we expected. It was a lovely spot to stay. Petrina also had a fresh load of bread and other snacks including chocolates ready for us. It was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for an awesome stay. We really enjoyed our time here.

Sandy Toes is an absolute slice of heaven! Between the luxury pool, the views from the bbq, and the adorably friendly kookaburras, my friends and I were pinching ourselves for the entire stay. Lindsey is a brilliant communicator and all-round stellar host - we couldn’t have asked for more.

Great peaceful escape for a relaxing trip away. Host was away but was assured if we needed anything it would be sorted(we didn’t need anything), check in was a breeze, the local wildlife, pool and viewing platform was a hit with my 7year old. Absolutely Loved our stay.

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed the peaceful outlook, sunset & sunrise. Access for that first early morning ocean dip. The pool for the kids is always a winner. Sound of the ocean from every room.

The unit was so spacious, light and was so nice to hear the ocean at night on the balcony. Melissa was a great host. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and a reasonable priced unit. We had a group of 4 guys so the bedroom layout was perfect for us. We had a few issues with the property but the renter was very helpful and attentive.

Great place to stay especially for 2 couples travelling together as had separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas on 2 levels. Very clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to town and good to have some access to wifi. Kiri responded to contact almost immediately and was extremely accomodating when we required a last minute change of dates when the cyclone was predicted to threaten our home. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful property exactly as described. Was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and consumables Ie salt, pepper, oil, lots of washing up liquid and laundry powder etc. would definately stay here again.

A beautifully appointed and located home! 2 minute walk to the beach and Hilltop coffee, with comfy beds, off street parking and a lovely deck. Highly recommend!

This is the second year we have stayed here. Like last year, the property was very well presented, neat and clean. Amenities provided cover the obvious day to day needs and the bedrooms are well presented. This is a lovely, quiet location a very short drive from the town centre.

Great find. Great location. Was able to walk to get coffee, to the beach and even to the local shops. Was exactly what we needed! 5 stars!!

Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We absolutely loved the location and the home is even better in real life than in photos. We will be back!
