Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. Both James and Manjir were very welcoming and willing to help wherever they could. They provided with clear instructions and great recommendations regarding transport and local supermarkets/places to eat and visit. The room had everything I needed and was very clean, including complimentary tea/coffee, preferred milk and porridge upon arrival. Overall a great experience!

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at Vinod’s place with my dog, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Vinod is an amazing host, warm, friendly, and always attentive. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kids were also lovely, very respectful, kind, and a joy to be around. The house is perfectly located, with all essential amenities just a short walk away there is a lovely coffee shop, a Co-op for groceries, and several great takeaway spots. The neighborhood is vibrant and welcoming, with a beautiful canal nearby that quickly became our favorite walking route. My dog and I enjoyed our daily strolls there immensely. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everything was perfect, comfortable, clean and available, I had a great stay, thank you for making me feel like home. Room has TV, comfortable, big, nice view has everything and clean. The house has big kitchen that I was able to use. Bathroom has all and clean. Ali and Zahra, are great hosts and I enjoyed talking to them. One of my best stays, strongly recommend.
